His mood swings can also be quite unpredictable since he suffers from bipolar disorder, but besides that he's very loyal and loving to his friends and family and will do anything to protect them. He's very competitive and cutthroat when it comes to business, can also be quick tempered when things don't go his way. Early Childhood: Julian lived a happy life as a child, usually spending most of the day with his father helping him and at night he'd go back inside and read books and do puzzles with his mother. He was also a sweet child who had a clean record.

Teenage Years: Julian began to show symptoms os bipolar disorder at this time, so his parents tried to keep him on the right track after being diagnosed since Julian didn't want to take medication to curb his symptoms. So he became more unpredictable, got into trouble, and eventually pledged his allegiance to the Sullivan name even though his father tired to keep him out of the mob life since he himself was an ex-mob member.

Current Years: Surprisingly he went to the University of Miami because he was still a smart kid and he wanted an education to make himself a more valuable member in the Sullivan mob. So he went and got his masters for mechanical engineering, with his newfound knowledge Julian was able to make homemade bombs, weapons, and even make modifications to cars and bikes.
