In Paris, Adrien was happy to know what his powers are used for, even if it's scary to him because his powers are like destruction. Right now he was in his Cat Noir persona. So far, he sees no threat anywhere but his father told him that these monsters can take human form to blend in. His cat ears flicked and he hears something like a girlish scream. When he looked up, he saw Ladybug coming right at him, with her yo-yo tying them up upside down while they dangle on his extended staff.

"Hey there. Nice of you to drop in" Cat Noir said.

"Hey there. I didn't do that on purpose" Ladybug said.

"You must be the partner father told me about. I'm.....Cat Noir" Cat Noir introduced himself.

"And I'm....Uh.....Ladybug" Ladybug said.

"Lovely. Um, we should get down now" Cat Noir said.

"Okay" Ladybug untied them.

"My father told me that you are Persephone's daughter. I'm glad I'm not alone to be the only demigod" Cat Noir said.

"So you're one too. Well, looks like we got the same mission together" Ladybug said.

"Yup. The descendant of Medusa is lurking around. It won't be easy to find her in human disguise" Cat Noir said.

"Indeed, but our god parents said there will be monsters from Greek mythology too. No mortal human can take on them" Ladybug said.

"But we can, Ladybug. I have the power of destruction" Cat Noir said.

"Like a black cat?" Ladybug said.

"Yeah, what about you?" Cat Noir asked.

"I have the power of creation and luck," Ladybug said.

Suddenly, a building was smashed by something humongous and dangerous. Followed by the bellowing of a bull.

"Let's go, Kitty!" Ladybug ran.

"Wait! Do we have a plan?!" Cat Noir ran after her.

"We'll come up with one, it must be one angry bull," Ladybug said.

"And it's part man!" Cat Noir said and they found the Minotaur rampaging on cars and buses with his horns.

"RAAAAAAARGH!!!" The Minotaur roared.

"Okay, here we go. Lucky charm!" Ladybug used her yo-yo to summon a muleta, "A muleta? Classic" She caught it.

"No offense but you're already red," Cat Noir said.

"I know but it's not just the color. It's the movements of it" Ladybug said.

"Any ideas?" Cat Noir asked.

"Distract it for me, kitty," Ladybug said.

"Okay milady" Cat Noir grabs the cloth and waved it.

"Hey! Toro boy! Toro!" He waved it like a matador.

The Minotaur snorts and runs after Cat Noir, "I have an idea Ladybug! The catacombs of Paris!" Cat Noir said.

"Good idea, Kitty! They hate mazes" Ladybug agreed.

"And it upsets them too much" Cat Noir almost got hit by the horns.

"Hang on!" Ladybug swooped in and grabs him, "Let's get to the catacombs!"

"Of course, Ladybug" Cat Noir waved the cloth to lure the Minotaur, "Sorry to anger you but you need to simmer down, boy!" Cat Noir taunted.

The two heroes lured the creature into the catacombs to confuse it. Once inside they split up and ran.

"Meow, meow, meow!" Cat Noir meowed for the beast to hear it.

"HRRRRRGH!!!" The minotaur growled and ran to where Cat Noir was hiding but missed.

"It's so confusing, isn't it?" Ladybug taunted.

The minotaur growls as he searched for her. It was getting him very angry that he can't find them anywhere in this maze of catacombs.

"Here I am!" Ladybug waved in front of a pillar. The minotaur charged at her and head down tries to gore her. But Ladybug came prepared and dodged in time as the Minotaur crashed into the pillar, some hard debris hits his neck and killed him.

"Damn! Head-on collision. He's dead" Cat Noir cringed.

"It happened differently in the myth" Ladybug saw the corpse.

"Yeah, but this is our first kill too!" Cat Noir looks over the body.

"Damn it" Ladybug can see how it killed the beast's head.

"I better get rid of it. Cataclysm!" Cat Noir summoned a black sphere and vaporized the corpse.

"Whoa, you really are Hades' son" Ladybug was impressed.

"Yeah, he'll take care of his soul," Cat Noir said.

"You've been to the underworld alive?" Ladybug asked.

"Yes, that's where I met my father," Cat Noir said, and then can see the dead people but Ladybug can't. The catacombs have too many skulls of dead on the walls.

"Well let's see what my new powers can do" Ladybug looks at the muleta, "Miraculous ladybug!" She tossed it in the air and it scattered into magic ladybugs. Every damage caused was fixed up within seconds.

As the heroes came out of the catacombs, they were treated by the crowd and the news crew.

"Are you the new heroes of Paris?" One reporter asked.

"Uhhhh.....yes," They both said.

"What're your names, heroes?" The people asked.

"I'm Ladybug and this is my partner Cat Noir" Ladybug introduced herself and Cat Noir.

"Meow" Cat Noir steps forward and held an arm around Ladybug's shoulder, "You can all count on us," He said.

"Can we take a picture of you two pounding fists?" One photographer stepped forward.

"Ah yes. Pound it!" Both heroes then fist-bumped.

The next day, the news spread the very morning and it revealed that Ladybug and Cat Noir defeated the bull beast.

"Incredible, two new heroes to defend our city," Nino said.

"This is totally a new scoop for my blog," Alya said.

"Yeah, perhaps a new name will do, the Ladyblog" Nino suggested.

"No, the Ladynoir blog," Alya said.

"Works for me," Nino said.

"Sounds like a shipping name," Marinette said.

"And a cute shipping name," Alya said.

"Even though they are just partners?" Adrien asked.

"They do look cute together," Alya said.

"Let's hope we see them again, guys," Nino said.

"I hope so" Adrien replied.

"By the way, you two made the best picture in the magazine" Alya hands them the magazine cover.

"Oh, my" Marinette blushed at the cover.

"It's a photoshoot," Adrien said.

"I know. But it took some real guts for you Marinette to join it" Alya said.

"Thank you" Marinette replied.

After school was over by the bell, the demigods went home to go and talk to their mortal parents about yesterday.

"So you saw the minotaur attack our city?" Marinette asked her parents.

"Yes. Persephone told us that you would become Ladybug one day, my little ladybug" Sabine hugs her.

"Yeah, not only that, Cat Noir became my partner," Marinette said.

"Aww....you found yourself a cat," Tom said.

"Yeah. He's the son of Hades, with the power of destruction" Marinette said.

"My little girl is growing up so fast," Sabine said.

"Thank you, mom. Whoever Cat Noir is, I wonder how his parents are handling it" Marinette wondered.

At the mansion, Adrien was having a conversation with his mortal parents too about himself being Cat Nour yesterday and speaking to his real father in the underworld.

"So, you teamed up with the daughter of Persephone?" Gabriel asked.

"Yeah, she and I already became a good duo," Adrien said.

"Aww....so you know you're not the only demigod," Emilie said.

"Yeah, I'm glad I'm not the only one. It would be lonely without one" Adrien said.

"Yes. Not only that, two defenders of our city" Emilie said.

"Demigods in the modern world," Gabriel said.

"Yes. The two first ones" Adrien said.

"And I suspect there are more to come Adrien" Gabriel stood up.

"I'm afraid so. Hades told me the offspring of Medusa is on the loose" Adrien said.

"That's not good. Everyone knows the myth story" Emilie said.

"Yes, just one look into her eyes and you're a stone statue," Adrien said.

"I cannot let you put yourself in danger, Adrien," Gabriel said.

"Don't worry, I'll be fine Dad. Only Ladybug and I can stop these threats" Adrien said.

"You're still half human" Gabriel being a little too strict.

"I know, I'm still a mortal teenager," Adrien said.

"Darling, he has powers to protect himself" Emilie can't believe her husband would describe their son as defenseless.

"So does Ladybug" Adrien said.

"Very well," Gabriel said.

"Trust me, we're gonna do our best" Adrien continued.

In an unknown location, the 3 fate sisters with no eyes couldn't face the female gorgon who has their eye.

"Useless Minotaur! No mortal could face a beast with mighty horns!" The gorgon yelled.

"Yes, but these demigods have gotten their powers from Hades and Persephone," One of the fates said.

"And yet you said that they will kill me in the future! I cannot go through the same fate as my mother did!" The gorgon said.

"There are only a few ways to prevent that from happening," The second fate sister said.

"Start talking or my stone gaze will make your eyeball into stone along with you three!" The gorgon demanded.

"Alright. But listen carefully" They all began to explain.
