maybe you should leave that up to me
or the rest of the world
to decipher how you'll be portrayed
throughout history

I wonder if before you were unleashed
you would meditate trying to create
some form of unnatural peace
or see no need to hesitate
with empty illusions
before the inevitable
destruction and confusion

your thunder and lightening

that folks found you frightening?

I'd name you 'Fierce'
cause you mean what you say
you don't come to play
they'd report on the news
'storm Fierce arrived today'
and though many wished you'd go away
I wouldn't, I'd stand at the shore
as you skipped away across the ocean
