"Lucy Marin" the presenter announced, I took a deep breath and went on stage. Everyone cheered and clapped, I smiled nervously at the crowd and walked towards the presenter. I shook his hands "It's was such a pleasure to have you at this school" he said, "thank you," I smiled. He gave me my diploma and I walked over to the photographer and posed with my diploma never feeling so happy in my entire life but at the same time I wasn't .

I ran to Luke carefully since I'm wearing high heels, once I reached him I attacked him with a bear hug. He hugged me back seconds later, "you done it!" he said proudly "we did it" I corrected him.

"Saffron Parker" the prestoner announced loudly, I shushed Luke even though he wasn't saying anything. I watched as Saffron gracefully walked across the stage as if  she was a model, "does she always have to be so dramatic?" Luke complained. I ignored his stupid question and watched saffron receive her diploma "YES SAFFRON!" I cheered. I watch her pose with her diploma, she ran towards me and gave me a squeeze hug.

"You look beautiful!" I complimented, "I know!" she joked. Luke faked coughed to catch our attention, "um what about me don't I don't deserve a hug?" he said with his arms out. Saffron sighed "sorry I don't hug rats" she insulted, his face immediately turned into a disappointment face and he pouted still with his arms out. Saffron rolled her eyes and slowly walked towards Luke and I quickly pulled out my phone without them noticing, she hugged him with one arm making the situation awkward.

*FLASH*

They both flinched at the flash, and they both realised that I took a photo of them. "That's the first time I've ever seen you guys hug," I said looking at the photo, I duplicated the photo 3 times in case she tried to delete it. "Delete it!" she demanded, "no!" I yelled "pretty please!" she begged. She started thinking, she started wriggling her fingers meaning that she was going to tickle me any second now.

Saffron started ticking me, on my neck and on my stomach.

"Okay, I'll delete it!" I said gasping for air, but instead of deleting it I sent it to her and Luke. Their phones buzzed at the same time, Luke grinned whilst Saffron looked annoyed, "I think I might set this as my Instagram profile picture" he teased Saffron. "Don't!" she flustered, he laughed and put his phone in his pocket.

❀ After Graduation❀

Me, Saffron and Luke were in the parking lot saying goodbyes and we will miss you's to people, I just wanted to go home and get this thing over with. "What's wrong?" Saffron asked me noticing my moody face, I faked a smile "nothing, I just have a little headache" I lied she nodded and returned to her conversation she had with the blonde girl.

The truth is, I feel like everyone tried their hardest but me. I've only cheated on tests  at times and had a weirdo tutor 24/7 who actually just wanted to show me their book collection. I've always wanted to design clothes like my mother but she stopped designing for an unknown reason. I've seen her previous work and they were pretty cool, stylish too. But now that I've realised that I'm not the successful person that everyone thinks I am, I don't think I deserve that studio I've been saving up for.

"Earth to Lucy!" yelled Luke obnoxiously snapping me back to reality, I rubbed my ears to stop the ringing. I glared at him but he responded with a cheesy smile. I saw Saffron smiling at me too but she also looked worried, "are you okay?" she asked concerned "we can take you home if you like?" she asked. They waited for me to reply, but I was still a little upset "Is this about your parents not coming to your grad-" I immediately cut her off "no!" I denied with anger.

We heard an annoying laugh behind us, I immediately recognised the voice and I rolled my eyes. I turned around to see London with a smirk on her face. I put on a fake smile, again, but deep inside I was wishing for someone to throw a brick at her head, "this might be the last time we see each other Luce" she said with fake sadness. I cringed at the nick name she gave me.

"I think I'm gonna go home and celebrate!" I said sarcastically, her smirk faded and she looked at me head to toe "staring won't give you the power to see through my clothes" I insulted, "now you're getting too confident" she glared at me. She took a step closer "this isn't goodbye Marin, it's see you later" she said trying to add suspense or whatever makes you sound mysterious

She was still stood there giving me dirty looks "Earth is full.Go home" Saffron insulted  London. London scoffed and ran over to her parents.

"Let's go before she tries to get a restraining order" I joked. I waved goodbye to Luke and Luke waved goodbye to me and Saffron and went off to find his family. I got in my car and sighed, seconds later Saffron sat in the passenger's seat.

I and Saffron lived in an apartment together, we both moved out of our parent's homes when we were both 17  and got our own apartment. "So everyone is going to the club now, I'm going you in?" she asked me. Wow drinking Beer and Vodka and celebrating something that you didn't deserve, "I told you I had a headache" I lied again  "who are you? and what did you do with my best friend" Saffron joked I laughed at her humour.

"I thought you had a headache," she said in a serious tone, I rolled my eyes "people with headaches can laugh too you know" I replied "mhm," she said suspiciously. "Look I don't wanna go to the stupid club!" I yelled at her almost losing control of the steering wheel.

❀At the club❀

"I don't know how you convinced me," I said pouting like a baby, "I'm a genius!" she stated proudly, we took off our graduation gowns leaving us in our beautiful dresses.

Saffron's dress was a tube dress that stopped at her knees it hugged her body tightly and her dress was a beige colour and her heels matched the colour of her dress. I was wearing a red velvet two piece dress that also hugged my body tightly showing off my legs and arms, I was wearing black heels and a necklace that Saffron gave me a long time ago. Trust me I wasn't a type of girl who wore heels all the time.

As as I stepped out the car the laughing wind crept up to me, hissing at the warmth of my body. The cold hit my face and I was now freezing cold.We could hear the music coming from the club, "do you have your fake ID?" she said waving her's in my face, "never go anywhere without it" I said taking it out of my purse.

We joined at the back of the line, the line wasn't that long it would probably be a ten minute wait so I could say we're lucky.

"If it isn't Lucy Marin," a familiar voice said, I turned around to see  Reece behind me. The school's 2nd bad boy, he was so annoying I don't know why most girls were falling for him. He has a brain of a 9-year old, "hey" I mumbled trying to avoid him "don't try to avoid me, I know you like me" he said with a smirk. I just ignored him because if I replied he'll start yapping on why I should  "date" him, "don't ignore me babe" he said taking moving closer to me.

"Reece?" I said politely with an innocent face, he turned around with a smirk "your only chance of getting laid is to crawl up a chicken's ass and wait" I insulted his face slightly turned red of embarrassment. People went 'ooh' and started sniggering at Reece, I turned around to high five Saffron and she nodded her head in satisfaction.

"How many spoonfuls of Bitch did you have this morning?" Ashton coming out from the blue.Ashton Lee was the school's biggest bad boy, I've never talked to him but heard a few things about him. They weren't positive things like the time he humiliated London by glueing her bra to her locker that was harsh but it was funny too because I hate London. I scoffed and turned around.

"You didn't tell me how many spoonfuls you had was it that much to count?" he teased, Saffron turned around and glared at Ashton ,but he just chuckled and returned back to his conversation. "Don't listen to him, he's always like that" she whispered.

We were finally in front of the line, "ID?" the bouncer asked, Saffron, showed her fake ID he nodded and opened the door for her "have a great night" he said. I dug through my purse looking for my ID and finally got it ,and showed him the ID he nodded and let me through.

As soon as I enter the club, the booming music sent vibrations through my body. I saw Saffron was waving at me telling me to join her on the dance floor, I walked over to the dance floor was Saffron  ,and we both started dancing like there was nobody else in the club. I moved my hips with every beat of the music and so did Saffron. "I'm going to get a drink, wanna come?" she said as loud as possible, I nodded and she held my hand as we pushed past the sweaty dancing bodies.

We went to over to the bar "what drink do you want?" Saffron asked me, "WATER!" I yelled so she could hear me over the booming music. She gave me a 'really?' look "water? seriously C'mon we're celebrating" she groaned, "water!" I said seriously. She rolled her eyes and order our drinks, I turned around to see everyone celebrating, and showering themselves with champagne...weird.

Saffron tapped my shoulder and I turned around to face her, I saw her with a grin on her face. She gave me my drink and she watched me as I took a sip of it, and immediately spat it out "Is this vodka?" I asked her furious she nodded with a grin. I emptied the glass by spilling the vodka in a plant which was next to me, "Oh C'mon! loosen up!" she said whilst taking a shot.

❀2 hours later...❀

I was on the dance floor, dancing with a random guy named Eric or was it Derik I don't remember and I don't care. "Wooo!" I cheered, I felt like I was about to collapse any minute now or even throw up, I waved my hands in the air until a hand pulled me closer to their body  "there's my best frenn!" Saffron said drunkenly.

We both started dancing and moving our bodies to the beat, I suddenly stopped dancing and so did Saffron "I tink I goeing to toe up!" I said feeling vomit coming up.

I ran to the nearest exit and I could hear Saffron's heels clacking behind me, I opened the door and threw up in the closet garbage bin. Saffron started bursting out laughing, I wiped my mouth with my arms, yes I know disgusting.

I started laughing with her, until suddenly Saffron's face suddenly turned slowly into a terrified one, "what's wong?" I asked her.

*SMACK*

Suddenly my vision becomes blurry, I could see Saffron fighting someone but I couldn't make out who. All of sudden she collapsed to the ground and so did I...
