I woke up and immediately felt sick! I went to the bathroom and threw up my dinner from last night. I checked my temperature but I didn't have a fever.

Maybe I just ate something bad. But when I stood up I felt incredibly weak. I used a thermometer apparently I was wrong I did have a fever.

I called maki and told her I was sick. She said it's fine and to take the day off until I get better.

I then told her to tell my patients that too. I had a feeling that something will happen if they don't.

She said she'd be sure to tell someone to tell all the patients that. The urge to throw up was coming back and I quickly said thank you and I'll call you when I get better. Then I hung up and went to the bathroom to throw up.

Toga was impatiently waiting for you. When she heard walking towards her door she would hope it was you but then when it would walk away she would lay her head in her pillow while groaning. But when she heard her door open she jumped and yelled

"Y/N!"

"Hey stay away!"

She stopped when she heard the voice of someone that wasn't you. She sat back on the bed with a glare

"Your not y/n..."

She said darkly making the doctor shiver

"No I'm not. But dr. L/n wasn't able to make it today."

Toga jumped up and shouted in worry

"ARE THEY OKAY?! ARE THEY HURT?! ARE THEY SAFE?!"

"Calm down patient 18803. Dr. L/n is unfortunately very sick so they won't be coming in today. So I'll be your doctor for the day."

He sat down in a chair with a fake smile. Toga new he was just acting nice, he wasn't actually nice like you.

She just continued to glare at him

"So do you perhaps want to talk about, I don't know. Something that may had made you attracted to blood?"

He wasn't even beating around the bush. She didn't say a word

"Cmon patient 18803~ don't you want to talk, I hear your normally so talkative. What's with the sudden silent treatment."

"Your not y/n. That's why."

The doctor nervously chuckled

"You can still talk to me until Dr. L/n gets back. I'm sure we can have a nice conversation."

Toga turned away from him

"Go away."

"Aw. Don't be shy now!"

"Get out."

He then slammed his clipboard down

"Will you stop acting like a brat!"

She then sent a evil smile his way

"Ha! I knew it! You were just pretending! That's why I refuse to talk to you! Y/n isn't a faker, they are honest."

The doctor looked really mad and also a bit terrified

"I don't like you even more now. So get out before I strangle you!"

"Y-you won't do that!"

She had him pinned to the ground with her hands around his throat prepared to strangle him any second

"You wanna bet!"

"SECURITY!"

The doctor yelled and in a second two guard came in and restrained toga. She even attempted to bite them. The rest of the day they could her scratching coming her door and hear slight bangs once in a while

Shigaraki was playing his game. When he heard his door open he paused his game to look at you. But it wasn't you it was another doctor. He tsked and went back to playing his game.

You left. All those words were just pretty lies. It had happen over and over again. But his chest hurt and his eyes started to hurt.

Then his cheeks felt like they were burning. He paused his game to touch his cheeks and felt something wet?

He was crying

"Well good day mr. Shimura!"

"Shigaraki. Not Shimura."

"Okay shigaraki. Unfortunately Dr. L/n is under the weather so they couldn't come in today."

He blinked in surprise

You didn't quite. You were just sick.

He felt the hurt in his chest go away and he felt like he was able to breath

"I'll be your doctor for the day!"

Shigaraki wiped his eyes and went back to playing his game

"Go away."

"Um...excuse me."

"You heard me. Go away."

"..."

Shigaraki didn't bother to acknowledge their existence any longer

They walked closer to him

"where did you get that from?"

"It was a gift."

"Well your not actually supposed to have that."

He started reaching for shigaraki's game console

"So I'll be taking that."

Shigaraki held it away

"No way!"

"Shigaraki you can't have it!"

Shigaraki then got away and started running around the room keeping it away from the doctor. When the doctor stopped for a breath. Shigaraki kicked him in the stomach.

The man fell to the floor, he wasn't expecting such a hard kick from such a skinny man

Shigaraki sat on his bed as he played his game. When the man watched beep and got up leaving the room while holding his stomach

Dabi was staring at the ceiling bored waiting for you to show up.

"Uuugggghhhh...what's taking them so long?"

He heard walking and his door opening

He sat up with a smirk which then turned to surprise to see a women at the door instead of you.

"Who are you?"

"Hello mr todoroki! Dr l/n is a bit ill today so I'll be in place of them."

"Okay."

The doctor tried talking to him but he just gave vague answers or didn't answers at all.

"You know your kinda hot."

He then looked at her and saw her looking him up and down

"I know."

"If you ever get out of here, we should go on a date sometime."

"not interested."

Now the women was actually fairly attractive. But he just didn't like the personality or attitude she had. Anytime he thought of how annoying she is, he would think about how fierce and challenging you were.

He liked the fire you had when talking to you. He liked how you both teased each other. How you would playfully reject him when he made advances or how you would counter those advances.

"Why not? Cmon you think I'm hot don't you."

He looked her up and down

"Your just not my type."

"What's your type?"

"If your just going to flirt with me just leave."

She then took it a step further and sat next to him and tried to lean on his shoulder. But as she was about to touch him he got up and moved away

"What do you think your doing?"

"A little bit of fun never hurt anyone."

"Doctors aren't allowed to be in romantic relationships with their patients."

Dabi caught himself when he said that and blushed thinking about that moment you two had.

The girl crosses her arms and puffed her cheeks

"Your being mean."

"Look how much I care."

He showed no expression

The women watched beep and she started walking towards the room.

"If you act like that with everyone, I hope your ready to die alone!"

She said as she slammed the door

Chisaki was just reading his book. When he heard his door open but what he wasn't expecting was somebody else to walk in.

"Hello mr. Chisaki. Dr l/n has fallen ill so they couldn't make it in. I'll be your doctor for the day."

Chisaki just ignored him and continued to read his book. He was ignoring the doctor and his questions focusing on his book. He didn't say or do anything until the doctor tried to touch him

He backed up away from him and screamed

"GET AWAY FROM ME! TRASH!"

The doctor backed away

Then he whispered under his breath

"They weren't kidding when they wrote he was a germaphobe."

Chisaki did the same thing with all his doctors which was to ignore them. Well almost all his doctor.

You weren't like the other doctors you really cared for your patients.

Chisaki actually for once missed your presence

When Kurono heard his door open he was very excited to tell you about the new places he's learned in the book you got him. But was disappointed to see another doctor

"Hello mr. Kurono! Dr. L/n couldn't make it in today cause they are unfortunately sick. So I'll be your doctor for the day."

Kurono gave the doctor a blank stare then went back to reading his book.

The doctor laughed and then said

"Your seem pretty similar to mr. Chisaki."

Kurono gripped his book harder to hold in his frustration. For some reason when somebody mention his childhood friend it would trigger something.

Kurono then realized something not once have you mentioned Kai or anybody else in your conversations. He knew on his file it mentioned he has a reaction when mentioning Kai. But not once have you used that to talk to him. He then wondered why.

He was so trapped in his thought that he was completely ignoring what the doctor was saying. He didn't even notice when the session was over and they left

Twice was bored and having a conversation with himself which didn't help his case but in fact made it worse.

When he heard the door he was excited to see what you had plan. But then confused why there was a different doctor

"Hey where's y/n?! Who cares!"

The doctor gave him a sorts aggravated confused look

"Dr. L/n is sick so I'll be your doctor for today."

"Oh well I hope they get better! I hope there gone for good!"

The doctor didn't want to make conversation with twice. The second personality was throwing them off. They wondered how you spend so much time with patients like this

Twice didn't really like them either. At one point his other half came out and flipped the doctor off. The doctor actually got so mad that they left the room as the session was ending

Compress was prepared to show you more card tricks and also some joke, pun, and perhaps some funny stories to tell.

So you can imagine his surprise when somebody else entered the room

"Oh dear! I have a different audience today. Whatever happened to my dear y/n? Don't tell me that they quit."

The doctor gave him a nervous smile

"Dr. L/n is very sick today so they couldn't come in."

He was messing around with the cards not breaking eye contact. He lout of a sigh with his eyes closed

"Toga is not going to be to happy about that. I feel pity for the doctor that walks into the room."

The doctor then had a concerned look

Compress was doing a trick that made it seem the card changed

"Toga is very fond of y/n. I wouldn't be surprised if she tries strangle the doctor when they go into her room. That's actually used to happen a lot at other facilities. If she can't stab then she'll strangle them. The fact that y/n isn't here is going to make very upset."

The doctor then gulp and was kinda grateful that he didn't have to take care of her.

Compress just did random tricks as the doctor just stood there awkwardly not sure what to do, he had a plan but the conversation kinda shocked him that he forgot his plan.

It was lunch and you could just feel the gloomy atmosphere in the air as the patience ate their food in pure silence. They were so quiet that the guards had to check to see if they actually were still there thinking maybe one of them escaped

You had just woken up from a nap. Then called maki

"Hey y/n feeling better."

"Yeah a little bit. I'm sure I'll be able to come in tomorrow."

"Oh that's a relief."

"Why is that?"

"Oh so, Um three of the patients acted out today."

You stayed silent hoping that she would continue

"So toga tried to strangle the doctor, Shigaraki kicked a doctor in the stomach leaving a giant bruise, and twice gave his doctor the bird near the end of his session."

The last one made you want to laugh but you tried to held it back.

"I can hear you trying to hold your laughter back. You can laugh I did when that doctor told me twice flipped them off."

Then I bursted out laughing.

"We'll I better let you get back to work."

"Yeah. Get better and come back tomorrow."

"I will bye."

"Bye."

You bit hung up and you took another nap.

After a long day the patients went to there rooms from the night. Some had a hard time falling asleep but they eventually fell asleep. Toga was having a very difficult time she was still scratching at the door but eventually got so tired she feel asleep on the door. The doctors were either horrified or mad by the patients they took care of. Some made a pledge to themselves to never come back.

Maki was very intrigued by the fact that a single day without you there everything goes down hill. She was even more excited to see what happens when you come back.
