*Ruby's POV*

I wake up on a hard knock on the door. I grumble in bed. I don't really wanna go to school. This is shit. Whatever happened yesterday is shit. Tobias and Louisa? Are you kidding me? Why would he kiss me if he liked Louisa? Asshole. I get into the shower. I grab a towel and cover my wet body. I dry my hair. I braid it into two french braids. I grab my boyfriend jeans and tuck an oversized grey hoodie into it. I put on my black vans. I grab a black beanie. I place it on my braids. I grab my bag and head downstairs. I enter the kitchen. Peter is eating is usual cereal. "Good morning, honey." Mom says. She is having breakfast. Louisa is sitting next to Peter. Her hair is lose and curled as always. She is wearing my red hoodie. I roll my eyes. I sit next to dad. "Ruby?" Mom calls me. I stare at the sandwich in the plate in front of me. It's a cheese sandwich. "Yeah?" I answer. "You wouldn't mind going to school with Louisa and Tobias? I mean he is still your friend, right?" Mom asks. Oh, fuck this. I can't ride with them. It would be a complete nightmare. "I mean it would be easier for me, hun. You could go with them and come back with them." Mom says. I sight. "Fine, Mom. I don't mind." I say as I take out my phone. Albert didn't stop texting me. He is begging me to just talk. I sight and place the phone back into my pocket. We hear a car's honk. "See you guys." Louisa hops up saying before she runs outside. I roll my eyes. I get up. "Bye." I say as I walk outside. I walk out of the house. He is standing leaning on his mustang. He is wearing jeans along with his leather jacket. They are kissing. I roll my eyes. As I reach them, they stop kissing. "Good morning, Ruby." He says. I roll my eyes at him. A little smirk creeps to the side of his lips. Which makes me roll my eyes harder. He walks and opens the door for Louisa. "Oh, such a gentleman." She says as she gets into the car. He closes the door. I walk to sit at the back. He open the door for me. I grab the door from him and shut it close. He looks at me. I open it myself and get in. I give him a cold smile. He rolls his eyes. He walks to his seat. He looks at me from the mirror. I roll my eyes at him and look at our house. He turns on the engine. He is full of anger. You can see it.

We arrive at school. He parks the car. People are looking at us. He gets out of the car to open the door for Louisa. I open the door. I shut the door behind me. They kiss. Probably to show everyone that they are dating or something. I walk into the school. My eyes meet Albert's. He was also watching. He walks after me into the school. I open the locker in anger. Whatever. She is a hoe and he is an asshole. A total jackass. I shut the locker closed. I start to kick it. "You okay?" I hear a sweet voice saying. I turn to meet eyes with Albert. His hair is pulled to the back with a hair band. He is wearing a blue hoodie along with black jeans. "I am fine." I say trying to contain my anger since they entered the school. "You don't really look okay, Ruby." Albert says as we both look at the walking couple. They stop next to us. "Isn't that your sister?" Albert whispers. I nod while trying not to explode. "What the hell, Louisa?" We hear a voice between the crowds shouting. The four of us seek to know who is it. Brooks. He appears between the crowds. "Step away from my girlfriend, Woods!" Shane shouts at Tobias. Of course she accepted being with Tobias. Without telling her other boyfriend. Slutty move sis. "Well, looks like she chose me Brooks." Tobias says. She walks in between them. "We were nothing, Shane. You were just a fling. Sorry." She says. Wow. This is bad. Very bad. He looks at me. Tobias. That look that you're very much like your sister look. He's right. I am like her. I am making two guys hang over me. Eventually I will have to choose one. Tobias thinks I already chose Albert yesterday. Maybe I did? Did I?

I walk to my history class with Ash. "I can't believe he's actually dating her." I say. Ash is all silent. "Ash?" I call him to make sure he's actually listening to me. "Yeah?" He answers. "Are you listening to me?" I ask him full of suspicion. "Oh, what were you saying?" He says. "Ash? What is wrong?" I ask him. He sights. "Look, I know he was going for your sister." He says. Wait what? He knows. "What?" I say. "Look, we met yesterday. He was all sad and cold. He wanted to make you jealous. He wants to hurt you the way you did for him." He says. I look at him full of shock. "He is crazy about you, Ruby. He even likes you more that Albert. You didn't give him a chance." He says. Oh god. He is doing all of this just to hurt me. Just to show me how much it hurts? To not be someone's choice? "Well, it is too late now." I say as I walk into class. Feeling all sad and angry. And stupid.

I walk into the crowded cafeteria. I walk to our typical table. Tobias isn't there. Ash and Albert are. I place my tray on the table. "Hey." Albert says as he sits next to me. "Hey." I say. "How about that second date?" He asks. Wrong timing again, Albert. "Hey, Let's go to Shane's party?" Ash says all of the sudden. Saved. Thank you, Ash. "When is that?" I ask. "Next Friday night." Ash says. "I am in." Albert says. "Me, too. Jimmy is coming." Ash says. "Okay, Let's do it." I say as I look at Tobias kissing Louisa. This can't be pretending. If it is then, he's a hell of a pretender.

I walk out of school. I won't get in with those two. I turn to take the walking way to my house. "Hey." I feel a hand on my shoulder. I turn. He is standing there. He actually looks better up close. "What do you want?" I ask. "Are you coming with us?" He asks. "No thanks. You can have much more fun alone with your girlfriend." I say as I roll my eyes. "What is wrong with this? I love her. She loves me. We're dating. It is cool." He says. You jerk. How can he be so relaxed? "You don't love her, Tobias. Don't lie to yourself. You like" "Don't call me that. My name is Woods. And yes I love her, Ruby. So mind your own business." He says. Oh for god's sake, he's getting on my nerves so badly. "Whatever." I say as I spot Albert. You wanna play Woods. Let's play. "Albert!" I call him. He walks to us. "Can we walk home, together?" I ask him I hold his hand. I watch Tobias's face harden. He's jealous. "Oh, of course." Albert says. "See you, later. Woods". I say as I give him a little wave as I walk away with Albert. I am not happy about using Albert to make Tobias jealous. Well, he's using my sister. And at least I like Albert. Right?
