They were talking like some long lost best friends when Luv got a call and his face became pale seeing the caller id.

Kush:- Who's that Buddy?

Luv:- It's Dad. I am sure grandma has told him everything.

Mannat:- everyone silence. Bhaiyu receive it na.

Luv received the call and put it on loud speaker.

Manik:- Hey Champs, what's up?

Before Luv and Kush could reply Mannat said,

Mannat:- Well hello to you too Mr. Malhotra. By the way did you forget that you have a daughter too?

Neonika:- (angrily) Luv Malhotra and Kush Malhotra in my cabin, right now.

Neonika stromed out of the room and Malhotra boys followed her like some lost puppies. Mannat immediately rushed to Raj and hugged him tightly.

Mannat:- (crying) Dadu unka koi fault nahi ha. Asha di made them do it trust me.

Raj:- Mannat if I tell you to jump on fire will you do that?

Raj:- Exactly my point. You shouldn't do whatever others says. God has gifted brains to you to think what's right and what's wrong. Moreover they aren't kids anymore in fact they are grown up enough take any decisions.

Raj ignored Mannat and went to Meghna. He kept his hand on her head and said,

Raj:- Thank you so much beta. You don't know what favour you did to me. If something would happened to her I don't know what would I answered to her parents. They have leave their kids responsibility to me but seems like I have failed as a guardian, I have failed to protect them.

Meghna:- please sir don't say like that. You are elder than us, you know better than us. It's wasn't your fault, it's just an accident. You please don't feel sad.

Raj:- (smiled) Ara wah bare asse sanskar ha tera. Jita reh puttar.

Meghna:- (excitedly) ap Punjab sa ho?

Meghna:- Mera Dad bhi Punjabi the and he used to talk to me in Punjabi only.

Raj:- But your name isn't sound Punjabi.

Meghna:- My Mom was Bengali and she kept my name.

Raj:- Oh okay. I have to leave now otherwise my angry wife will kill my grandchildren.

Neonika showed some papers and said,

Neonika:- (shouted) what is this?

Kush:- Dadi.....

Neonika:- I am your Dadi at home not here, so you will call me as Mam only and what is this? What were you doing with student's information files?

Luv:- Mam as a trustee we have some responsibility towards this college too. We were checking those files just to know how many students actually needs seat in college hostel. For your kind information Mam final year students are still staying in hostel but according to the college rules they should leave hostel after their final exam and that's why freshers didn't get any seat in college hostel specially those students who got scholarship in our college. Basically they are from middle family so it's very difficult for them to arrange private hostel rent.

Neonika:- okey I got your point but don't you think you should have taken my permission before checking those files?

Kush:- we called you but your number was unreachable.

Neonika:- that's a white lie. My number wasn't unreachable at all.

At that time Raj came there and said,

Raj:- Oh God Neonika tumhe to CID ma hona chahiya tha. Kitna assa interrogation karti ho, trust me CID team needs you there.

Neonika:- (angrily) Shut up Raj.

Raj:- Ara I am serious.

Neonika:- Don't change the topic Raj. I know they again did any prank and you are trying to save them as always.

Raj:- why should I do that? Mera pas faltu time nahi ha inpa waste karna ka liya. Inka sath tumha jo karna ha karo, I didn't care.

Hearing him both Luv and Kush's jaw dropped on the floor. They thought Raj has came to save them but the table turned towards them badly, I mean Neonika turned towards them and said,

Neonika:- So if your excuses are over then will you tell me the truth or you are waiting for me to find it on my own way.

Kush:- (dramatically) Don't you trust us? It hurts, badly hurts.

Neonika:- Okey you may leave now.

Luv and Kush came out of the cabin and Luv said,

Luv:- (smirked) Thanks Buddy for destroying Meghan's rustication letter.

Kush:- Anytime Buddy….
