After few days when both Aditya and Zoya completely recovered from their injuries then they started going to college, they already missed many classes, even though Zoya didn't bother about it but Aditya is studious so he cares, he became busy with his studies and trying to cover up all those classes he missed

One day in class:

Lecturer: good morning everyone, im here to announce something important, so please pay ur attention......(everyone became quite and started listening to her but one girl is just talking to her frnds without showing any interest on what lecturer is saying)...Ms. Siddiquie can u please listen to me, just for 2 minutes.....

Zoya: sorry mam 

Lecturer: hmm.. now this is ur final year, u all need to do some project works and have to submit them by the end of your semester, only two months is left for ur semester exams. We will divide you all into groups and we will give u the different projects and u people need to do it, if anyone are interested in doing individual projects then they can do but they need to do both group and individual projects, you will get extra marks and also certificates from college and if ur projects are useful then it might help for ur future. All the best to everyone, group members and project names will be in notice board, go and check

After sometime when they went and checked on notice board

Group members of first group are : Aditya, Zoya, Vikram and Nandana

After few days:

Everyone started doing project work, Aditya is doing both group and individual projects and some other people also doing individual projects, both Zoya and Aditya are in same group, first time Zoya is trying her best to be good with Aditya, she is waiting for him in evenings in case if he is late, having lunch with him, started talking to him, Adi is totally confused by her behaviour but he is loving it and hoping for the best

One day at 7pm:

Aditya: Zoya still im not done with my work, it will take some more time, its already 7pm so u go to home, i'll ask Arjun to come and pick u, he will drop u at home

Zoya: its okay Aditya, no need to bother him, i'll book a cab 

Aditya: cab's aren't safe Zoya, please listen to me

Zoya: its okay Aditya, its just 7pm, let me go

Aditya: okay then i'll book a cab

Zoya: okay

Aditya: it will arrive in few minutes

Zoya: ohh okay, then i'll go and wait outside

Aditya: but..

Zoya: its okay Adi

Aditya: okay take care, don't forget to inform me after reaching home

Zoya: okay Aditya, bye

Aditya: bye Zoya (he is really worried about her but he can't go with her leaving all the work) 

Saying this Zoya went out of the college, Aditya is completely immersed in his project 

Zoya is standing on the road and waiting for the cab. Meanwhile those senior batch boys came there, they are almost 10 to 15 members, Zoya is really scared but trying to show that she is strong, one boy came near her, pulled her dupatta and throws it away

Zoya: listen don't u dare...

before she complete her sentence another guy came and started touching her face, she tried to run away from there but all those boys surrounded her, one boy is trying to kiss her and she closed her eyes and started praying, tears started rolling from her eyes

Zoya pov: God please save me, Aditya please come here, i really need u, please god please help me

Before he kiss her, a man punched him on his face, she slowly opened her eyes and saw Karthik, she smiled a little, went and stood behind him by holding his hand tightly with fearful face and tears are flowing from her eyes, then Karthik started fighting, he got little injured on his right hand but still he fought with all of them and then those people ran away, Zoya isn't in a state to observe him

Zoya looked at Karthik, he went near her and rubbed her tears with his fingers 

Karthik: its okay Zoya, calm down, don't think about them, i don't leave them, they won't dare to touch u again, please calm down

Saying this he cupped her face with his hands, she hold his hands with her hands, he went and brought her dupatta which is lying on the floor, he made her wear it, his blood drops fell on her dupatta which she didn't observed

Zoya: thank u karthik

She hugged him and he too reciprocated the hug and patted her back, just then cab arrived

Zoya: karthik cab is arrived, i'll go

when she is about to go he hold her hand 

Karthik: i'll drop u

Zoya: but..

Karthik: please

Zoya: okay

Then they asked the cab driver to go and Karthik paid for him

After that Karthik dropped Zoya at her home on his bike, whole drive is filled with silence

Zoya: thank u so much karthik u saved my life, i'll always be thankful to u

Karthik: its okay Zoya forgot about it

Zoya: hmm okay, bye karthik

Karthik: bye Zoya

Before she go inside, he called her 

Karthik: Zoya 

She came back

Zoya: yes

Karthik: friends? (he extended his hand)

Zoya (thought for a while) : okay, friends (both shook their hands)

Kathik: okay now u go inside, bye, take care

Zoya: bye and u too take care

Zoya is really disturbed with that incident, she didn't talked to any one in her house and directly went inside her room and locked the door behind her, throws her dupatta and pouch on bed, and went to have shower, after having a long and peaceful shower for about 45 minutes then she came out, wore a Shirt and short, and had dinner with her family, she didn't talked much just plastered a smile on her face, then she went to her room, saw dupatta is lying on bed, she took it in her hands and shocked to see blood stains on it, she know it isn't her blood because she didn't get hurt physically, then she tried to remember whose blood it is and suddenly she remembered Karthik, she isn't sure about it but she know he got hurt, she took her mobile to call him, but she don't have his number, so she need to wait for next day

At midnight Zoya suddenly woke up from her sleep while all those incidents flashed in her mind, she started crying, she really needs someone to talk but she don't know who will help her right now, she rubbed her tears with her palm, took her mobile and started checking contacts to call someone and she stopped scrolling the mobile when she saw Aditya number which she saved as "Idiot", she don't know why but she called him and after 2 rings she cut the call realizing what she is doing, its 1:30am how can she disturb him at this time and what he will think about her, but the next moment she heard her phone is ringing and when she checked her phone, Aditya is calling her, she don't know what to say, but gaining all her energy she answered his call

Adi: Zoya what happen? Is everything good?

Zoya didn't replied

Adi: Zoya please say something

Zoya: ye... Yes A...di..tya, everything is good

Adi: Zoya please don't lie, tell me what happened

Zoya gulped a lump which formed in her throat

Zoya: nothing Aditya, it's just that Im not sleepy, I thought to eat ice cream, so I called u to ask, can we go and eat ice cream but then I thought u must be sleeping, so I cut the call

Aditya: yeah I was sleeping because I'm tired with clg works

Zoya: sorry Aditya

Adi: it's okay Zoya

Zoya: okay, u sleep now, bye and good night

Adi: Zoya wait, now I don't get sleep, so...

Zoya: so...

Adi: we can go and eat ice cream

Zoya: it's okay Adi, u need rest

Adi: please Zoya

Zoya: okay I'll come in 5 minutes

Adi: okay I too come in 5 minutes

After 5 minutes Adi is waiting for Zoya sitting in his car, after 2 minutes she came there and sat on passenger seat

Zoya: hii Aditya (with a little smile)

Adi: hii Zoya (with a bright smile, he know that something is wrong with her but he didn't asked her anything)

Zoya: sorry for disturbing you

Adi: arey its okay Zoya, lets go

Zoya: okay

After few minutes of drive they reached an ice cream shop, Adi and Zoya steeped down the car

Adi: Zoya u wait here, i'll go and bring ice cream

Zoya: okay (with smile)

Adi went and brought 3 ice creams and gave 2 ice creams to Zoya

Zoya: 2??

Adi: i know u love to eat 2 ice creams at once and its ur favourite Mango flavour

Zoya: thank u Aditya, u know me so well

They ate their ice creams and talked about many things while driving back to home, after reaching their home, Zoya steeped down the car 

Zoya: bye Aditya, thank u so much, i'm really feeling so good, i have a good time with u

Adi: bye Zoya, no need of saying thanks, u can call me anytime, i'll be there for u

Zoya smiled and shook her head, then she went inside her home and he parked his car and went inside his house

Zoya is lying on her bed thinking about something/someone so deeply

Zoya: what's happening to me? Why i called Aditya when i have a lot of friends? I never treated him like my friend, he is always an enemy to me, then suddenly what happened to me? These days i was feeling so comfortable and happy around him which i never felt with anyone else not even with my family, but why? I'll get peace and feels like im in heaven when i was with him. Is he really good? Is he really care about me? oh god why im smiling like an idiot whenever i think about him.

Next day in college:

In break time Zoya is searching for Karthik while Aditya went to library to get some books which are related to his project, finally Zoya found him in canteen, he sat alone and trying to have his breakfast but he isn't able to eat because of his injury, Zoya saw him and felt very bad thinking that its because of her, she went near him

Zoya: hii Karthik

Karthik: hey Zoya, how are u?

Zoya: im good, once again thank u so much and im really sorry

Karthik: sorry? for what?

Zoya: because of me u got injured, i know its really hurting u

Karthik: its okay Zoya, im fine, don't be sorry

Zoya: hmm, can i feed u?

Karthik: haan its okay.... Zoya

Zoya: its not okay Karthik, please let me

Karthik: okay

She smiled and started feeding him, and they both started talking. Meanwhile Aditya came there searching for her, he is really shocked to see her feeding him and felt very bad, tears filled with jealous, anger and pain are started falling from his eyes, before some one notice him, he rubbed his tears and went from there

After a week:

In this one week Zoya and Karthik became really good friends, Adi and Zoya are also talking well but they aren't able to spend time together because he was so on to his projects, this helped Karthik to spend some more time with Zoya, he started dropping her at her home in evenings

Zoya and Karthik are walking in their campus while talking about some random stuff, they saw a boy and girl sat on a bench and talking something, first Karthik and Zoya thought to go from there but when they saw those persons are from that senior batch, then they felt suspicious and went slowly without gaining their attention and stood little away from them, from where they can hear their talk

Girl: What about Zoya? did u people planned anything else?

Boy: nope we didn't, last plan was a flop so we need some time to think 

Girl: yeah u are right... Adi must be upset and angry with us

Zoya heart skipped for a second hearing Aditya name in their conversation, she didn't understood anything, Karthik smiled evilly and smirked 

Boy: yes he is really angry with all of us, his plan was flopped and that's because of that Karthik

Girl: yeah exactly, we planned it so well, u people will go and misbehave with Zoya and Aditya will come there to save her, then Zoya will trust him but now it was a flopped plan

Boy: hmm yes, i feel Zoya is lucky, but Aditya is really intelligent, last time his plan was successful and if that Karthik didn't got involved in our plan then this would be also successful

Girl: yeah exactly last plan car accident was really successful, Zoya started talking to Aditya and trusting him

And they talked about some other topics, Zoya stood there dumbstruck, Karthik kept his hand on her shoulder in order to console her

Karthik: Zoya

Zoya: Karthik i want to know why Aditya did all this, can u help me, please??

Karthik: of course

Saying this he went near those girl and boy, Karthik pulled that boy by collar, and started beating him, the girl with him is crying and trying to remove Karthik grip from him, Zoya is just watching them

Karthik: tell me why Aditya did all this to Zoya? Why he is with u and why u all are supporting and helping him? Tell me (He is continuously beating him)

Girl: please leave him i'll tell u everything

Karthik loosened his grip on that boy and asked her to say, Zoya is listening very carefully

Girl: because she insulted us and we all want revenge from her, many times we planned to harm her and insult her but our all plans are unsuccessful because every time some one came to save her and we don't know who is that someone, One day Aditya approached us saying that he will help us in taking our revenge from Zoya, we asked him why, and he said he hate Zoya from his childhood, he only bear her for their families, she always insults him and ill treats him, so he just want to see her crying and regretting everything she did, he wants to see her in pain, so he did everything to hurt her

Karthik removed his hold on that boy, Zoya ran from there, Karthik followed her, Zoya went to washroom and closed the door, she stood infront of mirror and cried remembering everything that happened from last few months, when she saw her face in mirror then all those moments she spend with Aditya started flashing on mirror, she pulled her hair in angry, frustration and betrayal, then she continuously splashed some water on her face

Karthik can't go inside ladies washroom, he called Riya and told her everything and asked her to console Zoya, Riya didn't understood anything and she can't believe this but then Karthik explained her clearly

Just then Zoya came out from washroom, Riya went and hugged her and patted her back to console her. Then Karthik, Zoya and Riya went to Riya apartment, she stays alone, her family is in banglore.

Riya opened the door of her flat, asked Karthik and Zoya to come inside, they followed her, Riya made them sit on couch then she kept her hand on Zoya shoulder

Riya(softly): Zoya 

Zoya: hmmm

Riya: Zoya say something don't be quite

Zoya: what should i say? nothing is left to say

Riya: don't u wan't to ask anything to Aditya

Zoya: about what? 

Riya: Zoya take revenge from him, he wanted to hurt u and see u in pain, now u do the same to him

Zoya: but why?

Riya: because u aren't weak, u are very strong girl, u can't let him affect on u, u should show him what u can do

Zoya: so what u want me to do?

Riya: just take revenge, tit for tat

Zoya: how?

Karthik: just play a game with him

Riya: which game?

Karthik: love game

Zoya eyes widened and Riya remained silent

The game started now, so what's gonna happen next? What actually happened in this chapter? I hope u all understood what Karthik did, if u didn't understood then its okay because i'll reveal it in next chapter.

I know im very late but im so sorry, im really busy with my college works, i tried a lot to write one part but it doesn't happened, finally now im able to update this

Once again im sorry because i won't be able to update for a month, i have my semester exams, once im done with my exams then i'll surely update regularly, i hope u all will understand me and support me
