Personality: Viktor is a charming man with his own sort of cunning. He's perhaps a bit manipulative and far too clever for his own good but it keeps him alive. He's stubborn and headstrong but rational and intelligent all the same. He's got a certain spark of confidence and charisma that allows him to come across as charming and well-liked. He cares a lot more than he lets on and he's truly more selfless than he leads people to believe. He's ambitious and driven and will stop at nothing to get what he wants. Vik is the kind of guy who presents himself with enough mystery and intrigue to keep you guessing so that you'll never fully follow his trail. Though, there's a lot more to him than people realize and he's not exactly as bad a guy as he makes himself seem.

Backstory: Vik was born to a pair of servants for the royal family. From the start he knew what it was like to be on the bottom and he always resented those with the money and power, but he always did his best to work his way as high as he might go. Though, he was still a bit young—though not exactly a child—when the royals were overthrown and he barely made it out of the palace alive. His parents were slain and he had helped the princess to escape the onslaught, but where she went he still doesn't know. He grew up on the streets of St. Petersburg and stuck close to the man who he calls his best friend: Alek, or Kaz as most know him. Later Kat joined their ensemble and the three have been inseparable since, all brought together by the catastrophe that ruined all of their lives and turned their worlds upside down.

-He managed to snag a jewelry box—or rather a music box, but he's unaware of this fact—when he was escaping the palace, but he can't build up the nerve to actually sell it. He still can't figure out how to open it

Personality: Kat is a foxy little whirlwind of a gal. She's flamboyant and knows what she's about. Perhaps a tad dramatic but she always means well. She's got a big heart and cares a lot for others. She's known to be a bit of a flirt and she's got plenty of moxie and charisma to keep her going. Kat is typically pretty easy-going and always game for a good joke or two. She's truly a sweetheart with a confidence that could knock you off your feet. It should also be noted that she's insanely clever too, and she knows how to use her assets to her advantage. She's cunning and persuasive and the sort of nature that's liked by all. Of course there's a whole lot more to Miss Katerina Lebedev, but she likes to keep people guessing, because that's just half the fun!

Backstory: Kat grew up in a life of luxury, born into the rich aristocratic society. As she was older, she often found herself helping and assisting the royal family, though especially the dowager empress. However, when catastrophe struck and the royals were overthrown, Kat and her family were forced to flee and stay low. Of course she had ties to Kaz and Vik and so she joined their duo, attempting as always to stay under the radar and perhaps one day reclaim all that was once hers before it was stripped away from her in such an untimely matter.
