HELLO I PASSED MY TEST I CAN DRIVEEEEE!!!

i also wrote this like late november but for some reason it didn't publish..

okay so in the last chapter I talked about wishing me luck for my test and I took it and failed. (For the 3rd time) and it was so annoying because I literally did everything perfect but at one point I got so excited that it was going so well that I forgot to get in the right lane when turning right at the roundabout! ThAt was it!

(Blue path is what I was supposed to do, red path is what I did, green path is how I could've saved myself and still passed, just get a minor mark for not following directions)

I crossed over in the roundabout because I got into the wrong lane, and because of it, I failed. Back when I took the test i wasn't in a very happy place, so I never said anything on here. That past month was a hard one, but I'm here now and I'm doing amazing.

So yeah. It's been about a month since then and I took my test today for the 4th time, and it went amazing. I only got 4 minor faults out of a possible 15, which is my lowest yet. I was a bit worried because I had to follow road signs instead of a sat nav, but it was a lot easier than I remember (maybe because I had to follow signs on my first test and I was shitting myself) and overall I just wasn't nervous when doing the test at all, which is new for me.

My examiner was also my ex-friend's dad, and I didn't find out until we'd nearly finished the test and he started asking me about myself. He said he had a daughter in the same year as me who goes to my school, and as soon as he said it I gasped and said the girl's name, because I remember her telling me her dad is a driving instructor. It was a little awkward because it's been like 4 years since I've seen him and i didn't recognise him🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️

(There's no beef between me and his daughter I just said that we drifted apart because that's what people do and that I don't dislike her or anything)

But yeah. Hi, I can drive on my own now :)
