We are very pleasure to receive your enquiry for above mention work. Having checked and considered through all your requirements, we would like to submit our quotation as followings:

1.   SCOPE OF  WORK

Design, supply and install:

01 sets single girders Over-head crane 1T x22.4m span, height of lifting ~6m

01 set single girder  Over-head crane 5T x22.4m span, height of lifting ~6m, operation on the same runway 41.5m with detail scope of supply as followings:

1.1.  Detail scope of supply for over-head cranes as followings:

§   Sungdo hoist/Korea components: 

·       Electric wire rope with hoist control panel;

·       Push button pendant switches with Emergency stop device;

·       Hook limit switch;

·       Trolley limit switch.

§   Gear motor for crane traveling (Sumitomo);

§   End-carriages with driven and non-driven wheel blocks, steel structures (Main girder) (AVC/Vietnam);

§   Steel structures include: Main girder, hanger structures for festoon & conductor bar system;

§   Safety devices include: trolley limit switches; absorbing rubber buffers at the end of End-carriages;

§   Crane control panel;

§   Festoon system for hoist power supply;

§   Safety conductor bar systems 75A-3P (Taiwan) for crane power supply;

§   Inverter for cranes speed, trolley speed and lifting speed control;

§   Cranes rail systems, flat bar 30x50mm for traverling;

§   Runway beam systems, jointing bolts & End-stopper at the end of runway;

§    Transport to project site Bac Ninh province, carrying out the installation and commissioning works;

§   Load test and state inspection procedure in accordance with Vietnamese safety law and regulations;

§   Carrying-out the registration for operation procedure;

§   Technical documentations: drawings, equipment profile, user’s manual, C/Q, C/O.

1.2.  Items not include in this quotation:

§    Power supply & Power supply panel for crane located at the middle of crane power supply system;

§   Storage of equipment at site and access for installation.

§   Site security, water, power for erection work and other site related works.

§   Other items which were not specified above.

4.           DELIVERY

Delivery on to the site within fourty  35 days from date of signing contract and receipt of the following:

§   Signed contract

§   Deposit as per specified below

§   Clarification of all technical details

Delivery time can be shorter depend on availability model and to be confirmed prior signing contract.

5.           PAYMENT TERMS

§   Deposit:                                30 % of total contract value on order

§   Progress payment:               50 % upon delivery equipment on to site

§   Final payment:                     20 % after handing over State License for operation issued by authorized Government agency but no later than 10 days from the completion of installation and commissioning.

6.           WARRANTY

The warranty period is 12 months from date of commissioning. Four times for free checking and maintenance on 12 months first.

7.           VALIDITY OF QUOTATION

Our quotation is valid for 20 days.
