step 1 : get a cranchee and cut off its head

step 2 : take out the speakers in the two hands slight bigger than the rest

step 3 : take its body and cut it up

step 4 : coat it in batter

step 5 : deep fry it, if not just fry it in a pan

step 6 : season for extra flavor

step 7 : enjoy your cranchee calamari!

note : make sure to drain all the liquids of the cranchee, don't want any weird taste on your calamari
