Shivika just returned from the hospital. Anika pretend to be asleep throughout the way from the hospital to avoid a conversation. Even though she's feeling better now after a little pep-talk from Dr.Zara and assurance from Shivaay, she's still slightly afraid. She was thinking over everything again and again. It was just that the fear isn't completely gone from her mind. Nevertheless, she promised herself to be more careful and self-caring. No more skipping food. No more compromises with sleep because of work. No more bringing work to the mind.

Just then, the car came to a halt making Anika opened her eyes only to find Shivaay releasing her seat belt with utmost care and tucked her random strand of hair behind her ears.

'Lady Khumbkaran! How much will you sleep?', he reprimanded lovingly.

'Shiv!!!', she sulked as she elbowed him.

Shivaay chuckled and cupped her face properly making her turn towards him. He took a proper look at his wife. Even though she was smiling from eye to eye, but somehow deep down he read from her eyes that she's still very much affected because of the incident. In fact, Dr.Zara personally had asked him to look after her with a little more affection and caution. Otherwise, she might overthink about it and fall into depression which could be very dangerous for both the babies and Anika herself. But what can he do to avoid that?

'Will you keep on looking or say something as well?', Anika asked pulling Shivaay back into reality breaking the thoughts cloud he was being lost into.

'Shall we go for a honeymoon?', he asked abruptly.

'Heh?', she exclaimed.

'Are you mad or or what? Honeymoon is for newly weds and for your kind information, we will be celebrating our 2nd anniversary in another 5 months. And we will be having not just one but two babies in another 7 months and now, only now you want to go on a honeymoon! Such a strange person you are!', she continued.

'But Ani, we never had the chance to go for a honeymoon. Remember? Initially we were bickering and fighting like wild cats, then when we develop a proper and better understanding, we were helping each other to rediscover our real self and got busy with our studies. After that, we confessed on our anniversary and then a lot of things changed. Our relationship, career, working hours, Ayika happened and then the babies came along. We did spend some romantic time but it was always in the middle of work, stress and problems. We never had a proper get away yet. So yeah, I've decided to plan a get away with you and since we never got to go on a honeymoon, this trip will be our official honeymoon!', he explained to her very lovingly.

'Hmm, whatever you are saying is true, but Shivaay, there is a new merger project for Oberoi Industry and to add to this Ayika is still brand new. It's been barely 2 months since our grand opening. I know that Khanna is managing everything but you have to be there as well. In the midst of everything, is this honeymoon really very important?', she questioned him.

'Anika, work can wait!', he rebuked.

'Then honeymoon can also wait Shivaay. How I wish you can get your priorities right!', she literally lashed out at him.

'My utmost priority is YOU! I hope you get my priorities because now I understand that I was never your first priority!', he roared as he got out of the car slamming the door behind.

Anika was taken aback at his behaviour. Nevertheless, he walked up to her side and opened the door for her. She got down silently and walked towards their building. They both remained silent after that. Talking or arguing more will only lead to more bickering and out of nowhere they will be fighting over a petty issue. He was right from his point of view but she was also right, a little disagreement was formed. The thing that they didn't realize is that they are each other's first priority but in different sense. Shivaay was and still is Anika's first priority and that is why she cared for his dream, their luncheonette. On the other hand, Shivaay cared for her health. What else can give a better relief to a stressful mind if not a vacation? The way the approached may not be that appropriate but whatever they say was undeniably correct.

Just when they were about to enter their house, the door got unlocked by itself making Anika to hold Shivaay's arm out of fear. Both of them stood frozen by the door, thinking whether to enter or not but when the door flung open fully, they saw a worried Om.

'Om? What are you doing here?', Shivaay asked as soon as he caught a relief breath.

'They are here!', Om shouted out and made way for Shivaay and Anika to enter their house.

Shivika entered to find the entire Oberoi and Sharma clan to be seated in their not so huge living room. The elders took their place on the sofa. Dadi was sitting with Tej and Jhanvi on one sofa while Shakti, Pinky and Anika's mother were on the other sofa. Anika's father was seated alone. Arnav, her brother, Khushi, her brother's fiancee and Prinku were at the dining table. Rudra and Saahil were playing video games while being happy with their place on the floor. This was the first time in forever the entire family has came all together. The whole house was fully packed with people. the scenery in front of them left the both of them equally shocked. They were not expecting a visit right now, especially form the entire family.

'All of you are here? Is everything fine? And how did you guys entered? I mean where did you get the keys?', Shivaay asked impulsively.

'We got here using the spare key you once gave me in case of emergency', Om informed Shivaay. 

'Okay but why are you all here all of the sudden without even informing?', Shivaay asked further.

'Anika was not doing good last night that you had to bring her to the hospital right?', Dadi confronted.

Shivika looked at each other for a minute before nodding into a yes.

'Oh My Mata Shivaay! Why didn't you inform us, huh?', Pinky retaliated right away.

'Exactly! Anika was not doing good that too in this stage of her pregnancy. First trimester are the most crucial phase in pregnancy. Anything can happen during this stage. Didn't it occur to you to at least give us a call?', Jhanvi reprimanded Shivaay. 

'Badi Ma, it was nothing actually. Dr.Zara told that it is quite normal to have such incidents during the pregnancy. And it's not that we didn't plan to not inform you all but we were just too occupied with everything that was happening. When we were finally able to get out of it, we were about to inform you guys but somehow you found out first!', Anika backed up for Shivaay.

'Are you okay now? Is the baby fine?', Anika's mother asked worriedly as she proceeded to engulf Anika in a hug.

Anika just nodded a yes with a faint smile. Everyone were relieved to hear that. But still, the out of concern scolding session went on and on and on with dozens of advises and restrictions. No matter how old a child gets, nagging from their parents is just something which they can never avoid right? Shivaay looked at Om for help but he just shrugged his shoulders. As much as Om would want to help them, as that much he was helpless as no one would ever pay a proper heed to what he's saying since he is younger. Anika at the same time looked at Arnav pleading for his help. Arnav initially pretended to ignore her but when she made a sad pout with puppy eyes, he had to relent to her wish and try. 

'How much more will you guys reprimand them? The good news is that Anika and the baby is fine and Shivaay has handled the situation very well. They both just returned from the hospital and you guys are keep on going with the lecture! Let them get refreshed and have their lunch na?', Arnav voiced out.

'Arnav is right!  The most important thing right now is that they are safe and alright. Shivaay beta, bring Anika and get refreshed first! We will prepare something for lunch', Shakti instructed Shivaay.

Shivaay complied right away thanking his brother-in-law and father in his mind. Anika mouthed thank you to Arnav who just winked for a reply. Anika was never that close with her elder brother Arnav as he was in boarding school while the girls and Saahil grew at home. But, even such, she can always find her brother by her side whenever she needs his help. Not just for her, but for Gauri as well. As Shivika were getting freshened up, they apologized to each other.

'Anika, I'm sorry about just now! I didn't mean to hurt you. I just wanted you to have a stress buster mini-vacation that's all!', Shivaay said in a very polite manner as he cupped her face. 

'I'm also sorry for making you snap out earlier. You wanted to bring me on honeymoon so that I can get a relief from all the work pressure but I cited the same reasons to not go with you! Sorry!', she apologized while holding both her ears.

They pulled each other into a warm hug and embraced themselves to face the Oberoi and Sharma clan again. When they got in, Tej asked 'So it's final right?'.

'Yes!', everyone agreed simultaneously. Shivika looked at each other oblivious of what's going on and Shivaay nodded telling he will ask them.

'What's going on? What's final?', Shivaay asked curiously.

'We have decided that until Anika gives birth to the baby, she will be on leave and OmRu will be helping you out with the luncheonette', Tej informed Shivika.

'You missed out the main part Tej!', Dadi pointed out.

'Ouh yeah, we have decided to send you and Anika on a little vacation at least for a week. Go and enjoy yourselves!', Tej added.

'Wait, but how can we go just like that? Work will be pending here! And the luncheonette needs... ', Anika cited the same reason again but stopped when she saw her husband's face frowning a little.

'Don't worry about that Bhabhi! I and O will handle everything. Right O?', Rudra asked.

'Yeap! We will handle everything! Plus Khanna is there. Don't worry about it!', Om reassured Anika.

'You both just start packing and get a New Year holiday!', Arnav voiced out.

Both complied after a little persuasion from their families. Everything was decided now. Shivika will go on a mini holiday/ vacation / honeymoon for a week and throughout the one week, they shouldn't even think about work.
