To give a request for a book cover, you will have to fill up the following form and comment below.

1) Title and Sub title (If any):
2)Author :
3)Genre :
4) Tags: (minimum 2)
5) Short Summary (optional):
6) Colours Preferred :
7) Type of Background and Type Of Font preferred or Other Specifications (If Any) :
8) Read Rules?

For your convenience, you can type the number and just write your answer for each. Some exclusive covers may have my name on it (like a copyright or a watermark, don't worry, a really tiny one) If you want to use the cover without my name on it then please mention me or my work permanently in your book and then I shall permit you to use the cover without the watermark (my name) or else if you want you can just use it with my name. It's your wish.

You will be replied in three stages:-
1) ACCEPTED
2) COVER IN PROGRESS
3) COMPLETED

How to use them?
It's simple! Just take a screenshot, crop or edit and upload the picture as your cover!
