Author's name: (It can be your own name or your username)
Theme: (Romance, teen fiction, fantasy, etc)
Type: (What type would you like your cover to be? Graphic or non graphic?)
Subtext: [OPTIONAL] (Do you have a subtext, catch phrase or anything of the sort?)
Alphabets: (Cursive or non-cursive? All capital or only the initials in capital letters?)
Background colour: (Black, white, no specifications, etc)
Extras: Feel free to add any other requests
