'Double Lives' by ArianaPinapple is a fanfic that's just starting out. It's a cross between PJO and the MCU (because there can never be too many), with her own OC Una Jackson, Percys sister. And in her fic, Peter, Una, and Percy end up living together (not really a spoiler), and I just gotta say, that those are my favorite PJOxMCU fics. I just love them, a bit too much.
