01 | Open a blank picture (colour is up to you).

02 | Tap the picture and select add text, then go to Symbol and choose the one as below;

02.5 | Or you can go to Add Item and select the outlined circle, by this, you can set the stroke as you want.

03 | Add text into the circle, make sure the text is underneath.
