Okay so first you open up PicsArt.

After you click the + sign at the bottom of the page. You click edit and click on background. You can choose whatever color you want. I chose this color:

Go to tools and hit crop. Crop it to 512 and 800

Hit apply. Once you do that click on 'add photo'. Here is where you will add your ripped piece of paper.

Try to add it in the center. It will become like this.

But don't freak out all you have to do is swipe to 'lighten'

Make it big so you can write your title in it.

After that get your PNG's and do the next steps I do.

It won't look like this, just follow my next steps.

Change the hardness to zero, it will make it blend better.

It should look something like that, I had too zoom in to make it right so that's why the screen looks fucked up. Smh.
Don't press apply!

Then get your other PNG and do the same things.

After that you can add your add ons.
Add this one.

Make sure it covers the whole screen, swipe to over lay. Do not press apply. Click on the eraser and erase the background off your PNG's

Press the check mark. Add this add on and swipe to lighten.

Add something solid black over the cover and swipe to over lay. Don't worry its not going to be that dark. Click on opacity and swipe to 31. After that you hit apply and go to phonto.

I personally like the filter fade, I think it gives it a nice effect so click that.
