Open up PicsArt and use this template.

Get 12 pictures of anybody. Make sure the picture has the same color at least like this.

After you have all those pictures, put the color of your main color over the picture.

Go to soft light and change the opacity to 62. After you can add anything you want.

Then go to phonto and add you title.
