WHAT YOU WILL NEED :

-A PNG

-The background

Step 1 - open the main graphic in Picsart

Step 2 - upload your image(s)

PNG works better.

Step 3 - put half of the png on the bottom of the line.(It sounds confusing,trust me,it's not)

Step 4 - scale down the opacity so you can see the line

Step 5 - tap on the eraser and erase the bottom half(it's not easy)

Step 6 - increase the opacity back up.

Step 7 - slap on a filter.

Step 8 - and there you go,just slap on a title and the Author and you are ready to go.
