seriously, aren't you guys tired of me yet? 

I'm entering the Guild of Graphics contest where you remake one of your old covers. I chose my "We're Cool for the Summer" cover, which amazingly is still up on this cover book *dies of cringe*

I stuck with the similar title theme and grunge idea.

a closer inspection

Three things I've learned from designing:

1. It's okay to say no. I used to be all worried about hurting people's feelings when I denied a cover, but now I know my capabilities and how much I can extrapolate from my request forms.

2. TALK TO PEOPLE! All the graphic designers I've reached out to are so kind and I love them all to bits <3. Seriously, don't be afraid of that message button. 

3. There's always room for improvement. I thought I was the talk of the town with my old Phonto covers, but now I know the sky's the limit for my designing. Even so, there's always going to be someone better than you, and that's fine! Always have someone to look up to.

Two things I wish I knew when I started designing:

1. Photoshop exists. It would have made the Wattpad world 10000x better for everyone, trust me.

2. Don't stress contests/groups so much. I would count down the days until the graphic contests I entered were over to see if I had won anything, and I would get really frustrated when an "inferior" cover won and I didn't. At the end of the day it was a ridiculous Wattpad contest - no big deal. Graphic designing gives you a thicker skin :)
