A banner is a graphic that's at the beginning of your chapter. It can have characters from your story along with a quote. Fill out the following form to get a banner made.

1) Genre: (Teen fic, fantasy, etc)

2) Quote: any quote from your book that you would like on the cover.

3) Title: the title of your story.

4) Author

5) Cast: who do you want on banner.

6) Ideas: any other information like what the color scheme should be or any specific thing you want on the banner.
