The next day, Jungkook had been sleeping most of it in the practice room while his other members practiced dancing. Hoseok seemed to be more distant, for a reason not even Yoongi knew why.

But before they could all go to bed, Hoseok stopped them. "I need to announce something." It got everyone's attention and Jimin's concern. "It's important."

"Are you okay?" Jin asked, worry coating his voice. "Actually...no- no, not really..." Hoseok smiled but it was due to his nervousness. "What's wrong, hyung?" Taehyung asked. Hoseok let out a sigh.

"I think, it would be better if I left...the band."

Jungkook couldn't believe what he was hearing. "No, what are you talking about?" Jimin asked. "Why would you say such a thing?" Jin asked as well, bombarding Hoseok with questions. Hoseok shut his eyes tightly for a moment. "I've already talked to manager-nim about it. When we dance, it's a lot easier with six people than it is seven. Six is even, I'm not doing as good as you guys, and, so, I'm..." He trailed off, letting his members finish it for him.

"No!" Jungkook shook his head. "Hyungie you can't leave- you dance the best out of all of us! When we are all in a bad mood, you cheer us up, and you-you're the peacemaker!" He told Hoseok, waving his left hand around the room. "No, I'm not the best dancer. When you guys want to be alone, all I do is make it worse, especially Yoongi hyung. I'm annoying, I know that, I've known it since intermediate school. It doesn't hurt my feelings." Hoseok shook his head. "You aren't annoying, Hoseok hyung-" "I've already discussed it with our manager, so I can't really go back..." He interrupted Jimin, looking down at the ground.

It was silent for a few moments, everyone was taking in the fact Hoseok would be leaving them. No one wanted this to happen.

The silence was broken when Jungkook let out a wet sniffle, and it only cracked Hoseok's broken heart. "Don't weave, pwease." Jungkook's eyes were filled with tears when Hoseok looked at the maknae, a disappointed look in his own. "I'm-" "Pwease don' weave Kookie!" Jungkook bursted in to tears and ran to Hoseok, attaching himself to him as tightly as possible. "You can't weave, chu can't! No!" He shook his head frantically, sobbing in to Hoseok's chest and gripping his shirt. "I'm sorry, Jungkookie..." Hoseok looked down at the younger one, watching as rows of tears streamed down his pink cheeks, and his bottom lip tremble with every heartbroken cry.

"Wait, did he just slip?" Yoongi walked over to Hoseok and carefully put his right hand on Jungkook's shoulder. "NO!" Jungkook stomped and squeezed Hoseok tighter. "You can't leave! Kookie no leave chu! Kookie stay!" He yelled at Yoongi, but he never let go of Hoseok. "Hope stay!"

Yoongi glanced at Hoseok. "He's in little space; why he's talking weird." He explained quickly, scanning Jungkook's posture. His right leg was between Hoseok's, he wasn't letting go any time soon. "Jungkookie, Hoseokie isn't leaving...come here." Yoongi opened his arms for Jungkook, and he saw it, but he pushed his face back to Hoseok. "No, no leave. No one." He had stopped crying, which was a relief to Yoongi. However, the situation wasn't any better.

"Jungkookie, I promise: Hoseokie isn't going anywhere." Yoongi caught the little's attention with that, and before he knew it Jungkook reached out his pinky finger. "Pomise?" Jungkook asked, sniffling. "Promise..." Yoongi locked in their pinkies and Jungkook quickly clung to him instead. Yoongi awkwardly gave two pats to the top of his head.

"Now you can't leave, I pinky-promised him." He told Hoseok. "I already talked it over-" "Then un-talk it. Please, don't leave, hyung." Jimin interrupted. "Look, I don't want to argue about it, I just thought it would be nice to tell you before tomorrow," Hoseok looked at Jimin. "When I leave." He finished off. Jungkook perked up and Yoongi's heart skipped a beat. "Jungkookie-" "Hyungie, you can't leave." Jungkook shoved away from Yoongi and reattached to Hoseok, who sighed.

Namjoon could see Jungkook was definitely doing something to Hoseok, maybe making him feel bad.

"I don't want you to leave either, you bring so much to the group and we all work equally as hard, and are equally as good. But, if you really think it's what you need to do, then, I can understand..." He told Hoseok, nibbling on the inside of his cheek. Hoseok looked over at him, and that's when Namjoon knew that Jungkook had just saved the day.

"Please don't leave, please. Please, please, please, please!" Jungkook continued on, sobbing again. Yoongi wondered how and why he had switched back to big space so quickly.

Hoseok didn't say anything, he just stood there and hugged Jungkook, trying to comfort him. His chest felt heavy from Jungkook's state, he didn't like to see him cry like he was. "Please, Hoseok hyung, please don't leave...I want you to stay, I need you to stay." Jungkook sniffled and looked up in to Hoseok's brown eyes, but to Hoseok his eyes spoke louder than his voice.

"I don't know, Jungkookie..." Hoseok reached up and combed his hair with his fingers, which made Jungkook relax. "Please don't cry, I can't stand to see you so sad." He added on. "I don't want you to leave, hyungie. Please." Jungkook ignored what Hoseok had said, instead he turned his head so he could listen to Hoseok's heartbeat.

"Please...don't leave. Please..."
