"Yoongi has been in the hospital for two days, I think we need to see him and make sure he's okay." Jin announced from the kitchen, turning around with a small scoff. "He's fine, hyung-" "I'm going to go see him, do any of you want to come with?" He interrupted. Jimin frantically raised his hand and rushed up to Jin. "Me too." Jungkook followed and slipped on shoes. Everyone else stayed quiet, so Jin, Jimin and Jungkook went to the hospital.

"We're here for Min Yoongi, he's still here, right?" Jin told the receptionist. "Yes but we're only allowing one person back at a time now." The woman told him. "Okay, I'll go first." Jin turned back to Jimin and Jungkook. "Okay, we'll wait here." Jimin nodded and held on to Jungkook's arm. They went and sat in the waiting room while Jin followed the security guard up to Yoongi's room.

When Jin saw him, his heart throbbed and he instantly felt water building up in his eyes. Yoongi was asleep on his right side so he was facing the door, there were three machines attached to his arms in places that weren't wrapped up in white gauze.

"Thank you." Jin thanked the guard, giving a bow as he closed the door behind him. "The door needs to stay open," He jumped at a male voice and turned to the corner of the room. He had black hair styled professionally, white glasses and a book of Sudoku on his lap. A pen lay between the pages as he closed the book. "For safety reasons."

"I'm sorry, I, didn't see you." Jin chuckled nervously and opened the door. "Fully, please." The man said. Jin blurted out a small "oh" and opened the door all of the way. From the short conversation Yoongi had woken up from his nap. Jin turned around and met his eyes. "Jin hyung..." Yoongi seemed surprised to see him.

What even hurt more, was that Yoongi sat up straight and hid his arms under the hospital blanket.

"Hi, Yoongi-ya...they're only letting one person back to see you at a time, but Jiminie and Jungkook-ah are here. Only if you want to see them, though- I don't even know if you wanted me to come." Jin scratched the back of his neck awkwardly. Yoongi glanced over at the person in the corner of the room and then back to Jin.

"Yeah it's fine." He told him, but he wasn't really sure what he was saying it to. "Okay...how are you doing?" Jin asked as he grabbed a nearby chair and sat down next to Yoongi- but not too close. There was maybe two or three feet between them. "Tired." Yoongi always kept his words short, but Jin didn't want that, not now.

"Be honest, Yoongi-ya. I know you don't like to but if I'm doing something wrong or being mean, I want to know to fix it. Please." Jin begged, leaning forward a bit. "It isn't you, hyung." Yoongi shook his head. "Then, what is it? Why did...why are you-" "I don't know." Yoongi whined as he curled up into himself, his knees hiding his face and hands against his chest. Jin moved his chair forward so he could wrap Yoongi in a warm hug. Yoongi tried to lean away but Jin didn't allow him to. He pushed his face into Yoongi's hair and felt him holding his breath; to keep back from crying.

"Yoongi I love you, please don't think that no one cares. It isn't true. Nothing you could say or do would make me love you any less." Jin told him, holding him tight against his broad chest. Yoongi whimpered and went limp against Jin, something that has never happened before.

"And I'm proud of you for being strong—"

"WHAT IS THIS?!"

"Dad, please- I tried, really hard, I did I swear. It's only one point from being a-" "It's a sign of a failure is what it is!" Yoongi watched the anger grow in his father's eyes. His face turned red and the thick veins in his arms, neck and hands bulged through his skin.

"It's because of that stupid music you keep talking about, isn't it?! Do you think it's more important than your school?!" His booming voice echoed throughout the small house, over the harsh wind blowing against the weak windows. "No, dad, it isn't. Please don't yell at me." However the teenager's voice was as quiet as a mouse; possibly quieter. "Don't yell at you?! How else are you going to listen?!" The screaming continued, the young boys heartbeat thumping louder in his ears as it quickened. "I-" His voice gave out and ran silent, hands and body shaking as his innocent head spun with the worst cases.

"Here, I know." His father's cold hand grabbed Yoongi's neck like a mother cat to its kitten, but more of a lion. The blood vessels there tightened, causing bruising. Yoongi's fragile legs scraped against the dark oak floor as he was dragged to his bedroom, hands flying up in attempt to relieve the harsh pressure under his head.

His small body now lay on the rough carpet of his room. "Okay, fine, you win, I won't yell. How's that?" The disappointment of a report card drifted to the floor, and the wooden drawers of Yoongi's desk flew open. "Wait, p-please," Yoongi's body froze, he couldn't get anything to work properly but his voice and eyes. "Dad..." He watched as the white paper turned to snow.

"No more music. None. Not one piece." The small shreds covered the brown carpet, stacks of paper with written lyrics and hours of brainstorming being destroyed from history. Yoongi's brown eyes filled with sweet water, blurrying his vision. "I'm so disappointed in you, Min Yoongi. I will never be proud of the weak person you have become."

Jin's own heart felt as if he should cry with his namdongsaeng. It was the second time he's ever seen Yoongi cry, it was different and...maybe even scary. Yoongi was pulling on the hair that Jin wasn't brushing away from his face to give him room to breathe, and when he finally was able to, it was forced gasps. "It's okay Yoongi, I'm right here." Jin assured him, as he started to slightly rock them back and forth. Yoongi followed along, trying to comfort himself and shove away the traumatic memories. Embarrassment washed over the hospitalized male, but there wasn't anything to do about it; his face was already hidden.

Yoongi tried to stop crying, his consciousness tried but his heart wouldn't allow it. He had cried for about thirty minutes before he slowly calmed down, Jin holding him secure the entire time.

"I'm here."
