Yoongi was to speak with a licensed therapist once a week and had their personal number in case anything bad were to happen. They were all practicing studio work, Jin recording vocals for a solo song, and Jungkook the same. Taehyung and Jimin went out for food and got some for their other members.
"Jungkook-ah," Jimin knocked on the studio door. "Come in," Jungkook said, and as Jimin entered, they heard Jungkook set his headset down in frustration. "What's wrong?" They asked as Jungkook exited the glass section. "Just frustrated, I'm trying to do a cover, but it's not going so well. I think I might just have to release the first half of the song." Jungkook told them. "Well, you can take a break and have something to eat." Jimin handed him some food. "Thanks, hyung." Jungkook moved in to kiss them, but Jimin put a hand on his chest, stopping him. They eyed Jungkook's producer, but he was flipping script pages with a headset on anyway. Jungkook pouted, and they soon separated.
Jimin then went to Namjoon's studio and knocked gently. There was no response, so Jimin knocked again, louder. "It's Jiminie." They said. In a few moments, the door unlocked and opened. "I brought some food for you, seeing you were so busy." Jimin explained, handing Namjoon food. "Oh, thank you." Namjoon's voice was deeper, and Jimin liked his deeper voice. "Mhm..." Jimin looked down and readjusted their own food in their hands. "Did you need anything else?" Namjoon asked. Jimin shook their head. "Not really, no." They told him, looking back up. "Come on in, Jimin." Namjoon stepped aside, and Jimin huffed as they made their way in, as if Namjoon was a therapist.
"What's wrong?" Namjoon asked after closing the door. Jimin sat down on a beanbag while Namjoon sat at his desk and turned around. "I don't know, I miss Yoongi hyung so much, but..." Jimin started off. "I don't want to do something - something so simple, like kiss him, and then he not like it but not say anything. I don't want to be the reason he feels violated again or excluded." They vented out, laying back against the wall. "Neither of us can control what Yoongi hyung feels, nor can we decide what he says. If you kiss him and he doesn't like it and doesn't say anything, that's on him. You can't know what not to do if he doesn't say so in the first place." Namjoon told them. Jimin blinked a few times. "You lost me." They giggled.
"If Yoongi hyung isn't clear for his feelings, you can't know what he doesn't like, right? If I never said I don't like mint chocolate ice cream, you wouldn't know I didn't like it. It's the same thing for Yoongi hyung: you can't know his limits if he doesn't say anything. So, you shouldn't beat yourself up over it or worry too much." Namjoon advised. Jimin never thought of it that way, and they started to think for a while. "It's his fault if you do something wrong, in this sense. Does that register okay?" Namjoon asked, and Jimin nodded. "Yeah, I never thought of it like that. It's also worrying about him in general. We all thought he was okay, and then he got hurt bad again." Jimin looked up at Namjoon. "I know, but we can always talk to him about it later, or you could talk with him privately. Thank you for the food, baby." Namjoon finally started to open the packaging of food and moved a few papers aside on his desk.
"You're welcome, hyung." Jimin stood up and gave Namjoon a hug from behind. They then made their way to Jin. They didn't have any food for them, but now they wanted to wonder around. They knocked on Jin's studio door, and he opened it almost immediately.
"Oh, sorry, I was on my way downstairs for something to eat." Jin chuckled, seeing Jimin. "It's okay. Taehyung-ah was supposed to deliver you your food, we got it for everyone. Maybe he got caught up with Jungkookie first." Jimin shrugged. "Yeah, what's up?" Jin asked, closing the studio door and walking down the hallway, leaving Jimin to follow. Something about Jin flipping papers and walking while talking was hot, like he was a business owner. "I'm listening." Jin told Jimin, clearing them of their thoughts. "Sorry, you're just really...sexy right now." Jimin sighed and followed Jin into an elevator. "How so?" Jin asked. "I don't know, you just are. Anyway, I was just checking in on you to see how you were doing." Jimin explained.
"Really?" Jin asked. "You came all this way for that?" He chuckled. "I'm feeling clingy, hyung." Jimin sighed and grabbed Jin by the collar of his shirt, pulling them into their arms and hugging them. It was clear they wanted a kiss, maybe something more. "Well, I'm right here." Jin put an arm around Jimin, trying not to ruin the papers he had in his hands. "Mmm..." Jimin took a deep breath, smiling wide into Jin's chest. "Are you sure you're alright?" Jin asked lightly, letting go of Jimin. "Mhm." Jimin nodded and let go. "I love you." They said quietly, meaning it both ways. "I love you too, Jiminie." Jin said plainly, not meaning it romantically. Jimin felt as though they could only hope for Jin's feelings to change.
They separated as soon as they met, but Jimin just stood in the elevator, alone. They watched Jin walk off, and the doors closed soon. Jimin went back up to their studio floor, and on their way, they bumped into Jungkook. "I was just on my way to get Jin hyung his food." Jungkook told them, still having a bag in his hand. "He's on the main floor. You took too long, and he's getting his own food. You better hurry." Jimin told him, and Jungkook hurried to the elevator.
They returned to their studio and sat down at the desk, staring at the computer in front of them. Their head felt fuzzy. They couldn't focus on anything. It was the same drousy feeling they would feel when they walked into math class in high school. Jimin leaned back in the chair and twirled around a few times in it. They giggled at the silly movement and started to kick their feet back and forth just a little. Jimin's head swirled suddenly, causing them to stop moving. They felt weird, something they've never felt before. The colors in the room seemed to get brighter, but their edges got blurrier. Jimin looked around and realized they were alone. A sudden feeling of fear hit them, like they wanted to hide under the desk with a blanket and cry.
"Ugh, what is happening?" Jimin talked to themself, turning back around in the chair. Everything returned to normal, the brightness decreased in the room, and the odd feelings went away. For a few minutes, Jimin just sat there, pondering what could've happened. Was something medically wrong with them? Was this a heavy side effect finally kicking in?
Jimin didn't know what the spell was, but they wanted to get back to work. And that they did.
