Raphael began shaking from Mona Lisa's declaration, "W-What do you mean, Mona?" he asked, secretly praying to himself that what he just heard from her was not true.

"I mean, while I don't agree with Bishop's choices, he is right that I only agreed to be on Earth to help with cosmic threats. I think, for now, it would be best if I return to Salamandria..."

"N-No! Mona, y-you can't go! Bishop's just doing this because-"

"Look around you, Raphael!" Mona says as she gestures to the Mutanimals, they were in pain from the Utrom's tasers, "Our friends are suffering, being treated like criminals! They are getting hurt... all because of my choice to stay despite what I agreed to..."

"Well," Bishop says as he adjusts his tie, "Wonderful to know at least one of you has common sense."

"I'll leave Earth," Mona tells Bishop, "but please do not hurt my friends. They did nothing wrong. Let them go."

"I give you my word," Bishop eyes down his soldiers and without saying a word to them the Utroms release the Mighty Mutanimals from their intergalactic shackles.

"Thank you. Now please Bishop, all I ask is to give me time to collect my things and to say my goodbyes."

"Hmm," Bishop thinks for a moment, then glances over to see Raphael, a mix of worry and confusion on the red turtle's face.

"Alright," Bishop finally says, "I'll give you 24 hours, but by this time tomorrow you will be sent back to Salamandria. It's enough time to say goodbye to these mutants and collect your belongings, but not enough time for any other plans..." Bishop says as he glances over to Raphael, giving him a snarky smile.

Mona agrees to Bishop's terms. She then rushes over to the Mutanimals to see if they are alright.

"You don't have to do this," Raph hears Leatherhead tell Mona as she helps him up from the ground.

"I have no other choice..." Mona says, "I cannot live knowing I'm the reason for all of your sufferings. It's best for now that I go along with Bishop's orders."

"We understand," Slash says, "But know that you will always be a Mighty Mutanimal no matter where you are."

Mona softly smiles, touched by Slash's words, "Thank you, my friend..."

As Mona says her last words to the Mighty Mutanimals, Bishop stood next to Raphael, "There's no point in proposing to her now, is there?" Bishop whispers to Raphael as they watch Mona with her mutant friends.

Raphael's blood began to boil. He knows Bishop's true intentions. He's willing to abuse his power as a council member and hurt others just to keep Raphael and Mona Lisa apart. All for the sake of keeping his vision of the galaxy perfect. A declaration of love between a mutant turtle and an alien lizard is seen as a threat to Bishop and his order. Raph fought every urge in his body not to attack Bishop again, for he knows if he did he would make matters worse.

Raph then heard Bishop call out to Mona, "Y'gythgba, come with us. We need you to help with your files before you say your goodbyes tomorrow."

Mona nods, looking at the Mutanimals one more time, thanking them for the time she shared with them and welcoming her into their home. She then approaches Raphael, holding his hands tightly. Mona looked at him sadly, trying to hide her heartbroken pain. Raph knew Mona didn't want to go or follow through with Bishop's orders, he could see it in her eyes, but he also knew she was doing this to keep their friends and him safe.

"Mona... Please don't go..." Raph says to her softly.

"We will say 'Goodbye' when I leave tomorrow night, okay?" she tells him with a broken smile, "And I promise we will stay in touch, just like old times."

"But Mona... I-"

"Y'gythgba!" Bishop shouts.

Mona turns and looks at Bishop, assuring him that she's coming. She turns back to Raphael and softly touches his nose with hers, "Thank you for the wonderful times here on Earth," she then quickly gives him a gentle kiss and softly says, "I'll miss you, my love..."

Mona parts from Raphael, her hands slowly letting go of holding his, and heads off with Bishop, not before quickly saying "Goodbye" to the Mighty Mutanimals, thanking them for the fun times she shared with them over the years of her living on Earth.

Bishop pulls out a small device, similar to one Donatello has in his lab, to visit the Utrom council. With a press of a button and triangular portal is created and Bishop, his Utrom soldiers, and Mona Lisa go through it. Once they all entered through, Bishop closed the portal to his Dimension. He and Mona were officially gone, leaving Raph and the Mighty Mutanimals alone outside their lair.

Slash notices his old friend's distress and approaches him, placing his hand on Raph's shoulder to comfort him, "Everything will be alright, Raphael," Slash tells him.

"No, it won't..." Raph says, "Why would she do this? I know she doesn't want to go through with Bishop's order, but she's letting him."

"That's who she is," Slash explains, "You and I both know that she puts others first before her own well being."

"You don't have to remind me..." Raphael knows how selfless Mona Lisa can be. He has witnessed her like that many times, putting others first and sacrificing everything she has for those she cares about. Raph remembers her biggest sacrifice when she gave up her life to help him and his brothers escape from Lord Dregg's imprisonment. It's who she is as an honorable warrior, but still, Raphael did not want this to happen. He had his reasons why he didn't want Mona to go, "But you don't understand, Slash. Tonight I was going to-"

"Raph!" a group of familiar voices shout.

Raphael turns to see his brothers, April, and Casey a little far down the abandoned street, running towards him, "What the... What are you guys doing here?!" he shouts in disbelief.

"We weren't following you to spy on your date if that's what you're thinking!" Mikey says quickly.

"And we also didn't get side tracked to get a pretzel on our way to spy on your date!" Casey adds, hiding a hot half eaten pretzel behind his back.

"Wait... What?" Raph was confused.

"Ignore them," Leo says, "We saw what was going on with you and Bishop."

"Oh, thanks for the help when the Utrom aimed their blasters at me!" Raph says sarcastically.

"Is it true?" Donnie asked, awkwardly trying to avoid Raph's call out, "Is Mona Lisa leaving Earth?"

"Yeah... It's true. She's leaving tomorrow night."

"But she can't leave!" April says, "What about your proposal?"

"Proposal?" Slash repeats as the Mutanimals look with confused shock. They couldn't believe what they just heard, "Wait. Raphael, you were going to propose to Mona Lisa tonight?!"

Raph nods, "Yeah... But I see no point in doing it now..."

"Wow..." Mondo Gecko says, "Now I kinda feel bad about what we said to Mona earlier."

Raph's eye furiously twitches, "What did you say to Mona?" he asked with a grumble as he slowly turned and looked at Mondo Gecko.

"W-We just, umm..." Mondo couldn't say anything to the red turtle. He was too scared to say anything.

"We... kind of told her... you're not marriage material..." Slash explains cautiously, protectively hiding Mondo Gecko behind him.

Raph looked at his friends with anger as everyone took a step back, prepared for his blow up, but to their surprise, his temper quickly died down.

Raph thought over what his friend said. In a way, they are right. He never gave off the impression that he was marriage material. He's made it clear many times throughout his teen years that he's happy with being the lone wolf, always wanting to go solo and do things on his own with no one else. His brothers were shocked when he told them he wanted to get married. Casey said it himself that Raph is not the type of guy to settle down. Now the Mutanimals doubt him as well.

"Who am I kidding?!" Raph says aloud to everyone in defeat. He was obviously upset and was hiding it with an over exaggerated smile, "I'm Raphael Hamato! The hothead who's known to be nothing more but a self centered asshole who needs no one! It's who I am!" He deeply sighs as his fake smile disappears and turns into sadness. He then goes down on his knees in defeat, "Maybe this whole getting married idea was a mistake... Maybe Mona and I aren't meant to even be together..."

Everyone looked at Raphael, all sharing a look of heartbreak and surprise as they all went silent. They couldn't believe what he was saying. Perhaps there's more to their old friend than they thought him to be. They've always known him as the brother with the short temper, he's aggressive, and at times cruel, but with a sensitive side that is rare for anyone to witness. Seeing him in a state of defeat as he comes to a realization of the person he molded himself to be over all these years surprised everyone, but they know there's more to him than that. It's just hard to process how much he's changed, how much she changed him.

"No, don't say that, Raphael," Leo says, going to comfort his brother, "It's not a mistake."

"Yeah! You and Mona were made for each other, dude!" Mikey adds and he hugs his brother from behind.

"Honestly, if anything, she made you a better man," Donnie also says as everyone nods, agreeing with him, "You can't let Bishop do this."

"Yeah! That dumb Utrom is making a mistake messing with Raphael Hamato's woman!" Casey says to his friend, jabbing him in the arm with encouragement.

They're right. He can't let Bishop do this. He can't let one measly obstacle get in his way. He's not going to let Bishop control mutant kind any longer. Most importantly he's not going to let Bishop take Mona away because of his disapproval. This Utrom is on a paranoid power trip and he needs to be stopped before it gets any worse.

Still, with all that has happened, it made Raphael wonder one thing.

"...Who told?" Raph asked.

"W-What?" Leo looked at his brother confused.

"Who told?!" He repeats, furiously getting up, "Bishop found out about my proposal and that's why all of this is happening, so who slipped up and told?!"

"Don't look at us!" Slash says, gesturing to himself and his team, "We JUST found out!"

"Same here!" April adds, "So you can't put the blame on me!"

"Mikey!" Raph shouts as he turns to his little brother, "Did you tell Renet?!"

"Well, yeah, but Renet already knew you were going to propose to Mona before you even decided to propose! She's from the future, dude. She knows all!" Mikey says to his distressed brother, "Which makes it hard for me to surprise her with anything..." He adds with a pouty mumble.

"Well, it couldn't have been Sal Commander, so the only other person I told was..." Raph stops and his eyes widen. He knew it wasn't April because she just found out earlier that night. Same thing can be said about the Mighty Mutanimals. Casey, despite being the blabbermouth he is, actually kept the secret tight, and Raph knew his brothers wouldn't go against his wishes. There's only one other person he told his proposal plans to. The only other person, or robot, who has a close connection to the Utrom Council and has a long history with Agent Bishop.

Raph takes a long annoyed sigh, "Fugitoid..."
