So thanksgiving week started this morning. My uncle is coming over tonight to help butcher the turkeys, and I get to watch my baby cousin, so we're going to go riding while they handle the bloody stuff.... :) the rest of the week is cleaning and cooking for thursday. We just got our oven so it hasn't seen thanksgiving at the Knight house...
