*Four years later*

You gazed at yourself in the mirror, amazed at the beautiful white kimono you were wearing... well a wedding kimono to be exact.

You had finally had the guts to propose to Ichimatsu a few months ago. You still remember his reaction; crying tears of joy, laughing, just about passing out because he was hyperventilating. All the while you thought it was just plain adorable!

You sighed, blushing at that thought. Soon you two would meet underneath the Kamigamo shrine to perform sankon-no-gi or exchanging of nuptial cups. So far it was going just how you dreamed it would be!

At last! You were called out for the two of you to walk together underneath the shrine. You were so nervous and excited plus you couldn't stop smiling! You carefully walked out of your temporary waiting room, immediately locking eyes with a slightly smiling Ichimatsu! He was wearing his handsome black kimono with his family's symbol embroidered on his shoulder in white and he looked so adorable!

"Oh gosh..." You whispered, carefully taking his hand and interlocking your fingers.

"I know can you believe how many people came?" Ichimatsu laughed next to you.

It was true, so many people have come to witness your wedding! To name a few; Ichimatsu's five brothers, Totoko, Iyami, Chibita, Dayon, Hata-bou, Ichimatsu's Mother and Father as well as a handful of people from your family. Nyaa-chan somehow was invited and surprisingly came as well as a bunch of her fans, although it was probably the work of Choromatsu it was pretty amazing. Plus a few foreigners that were only interested in how a traditional Japanese wedding worked.

You came out of your thoughts, realizing that you two had arrived at the shrine. Ichimatsu picked up the first cup, the smallest one, taking a drink of its contents before handing it to you. You smiled before doing the same and you two repeated this until you got to the largest cup. When that happened everyone cheered and wished you two the best before heading on their way. Ichimatsu and you returned to your apartment with a few gifts from a few of the guests.

"So.. this is the start of our new life." Ichimatsu yawned, slinging an arm around your shoulders. You nodded, humming in reply.

"Kitten?" Ichimatsu called, gaining your attention only to squeak in alarm when Ichimatsu practically tackled you with a hug!

"I-Ichi!" You laughed, kissing his forehead.

"Thank you... I've really never said this enough but thank you! I probably wouldn't have survived without you my kitten." Ichimatsu was now gently petting your head as you playfully purred at his touch, making him blush madly.

"You're welcome my loving husband!" You giggled, blushing.

It would take sometime to get used to using that word as well as you getting used to your new last name!

"I love you Ichimatsu! Forever and ever! No matter what! I love counting the stars with you!" You exclaimed, still remembering that day a few years ago. Ichimatsu chuckled and stared down at you lovingly.

"I love you too Matsuno Y/N! Forever and ever... no matter how many stars we count or how much money we burn."
