All because a speck of trash
Was thrown by everyone here
Now taps barely spray water
And water is barely clear

'Save Water!' posters
Go by unnoticed
While handouts rest
In the trash

"Pointless" they said,
"Useless" they said.

We had it coming

No one steps up to take charge
And so, pollution remains large

More than 35% of people
Have unsanitary water
And 100% of us
Are responsible

They who barely glance at prices
Don't care at all
And they who can't afford it
Take a great fall

Pieces of rubbish
Floating around
Lay and lay
Day by day

Not just water polluted
But lives too
