Andy was in and out of consciousness up until they got to the hotel. It wasn't anything overly fancy, just enough for the Swan girls to feel comfortable.
Jerking awake, Andy sat up o the bed and looked around in confusion. She had not idea where she was, or where anyone else was for that matter. The sound of her ringtone made her stumble out of the bed to search though her things.
Unsure of what to do, the girl stared at her phone for a few moments letting it ring. She wanted to speak with him but she had no idea what she was allowed to say. The situation was stressing her out, anxiety welling in her chest as she fought off tears.
Andy waited until it stopped ringing to check her notifications. She had multiple missed calls, voicemail's and text from the boy. Some from her father and the other people she knew.
It was situations like this that made Andy wish she had a normal life. That she could live like any teen girl and have a normal mother to speak with, or a sister with past relationships who could give her advice. She was utterly lost when it came to this.
Opening her contacts, she scrolled until she found his name. A picture of him showed up, it was the time he was making all kinds of faces to make her laugh. Preparing herself for what she was about to do, she pressed the call button.
It wasn't long before he answered, leaving her no chance to back out. The background was loud, like multiple people were trying to speak at once, all trying to reach the sisters.
"Andy?" he called over the others. "What's going on? You dad called Billy saying that you and your sister just up and left."
"Yeah, we're back in Phoenix." Andy bit her thumb nervously. She didn't want to have to explain to him, he wouldn't understand. No one ever understood the kind of loyalty she had to her sister.
"Why?" he breathed.
"You wouldn't understand."
"Just tell me why you left! Just explain something, anything to me!" He nearly shouts at her. The background noise becoming silent.
"It's not that simple, Quil," Andy whispered. A small pain started filling her chest, it was strong and it was awful. She had felt it many times before, but never had it been her own emotions.
"Drea, please."
Andy froze at the nickname. She had been called Drea a few times before but never had it felt so intimate, so filled with emotions.
"Bella hated Forks," she rushed out. Stammering on a few words. "She never wanted to go in the first and she was starting to feel trapped."
Quil sighed on the other end of the line and made some kind of grumbling noise. "Why did you go?"
"Because Bella was leaving." Her response immediate.
"But why would that matter?"
"I go where Bella goes." Andy's response was quiet, almost timid. This was usually the part she hated, the part where no one understood.
"That doesn't make any sense. Didn't you like it here?" Quil stressed, she could hear the hurt in his voice as he spoke. It was as if Andy had betrayed him.
"Just think of it my way for a second. Bella basically raised me, she was always the guiding hand when I felt like I was falling off some invisible edge." Andy let out a shaky sigh. "In Forks I was able to to be more myself but I will always follow Bella. I can't imagine a world without her."
"What about m- us?" His voice was quiet, hesitant.
"I'll miss you , all of you." Andy closed her eyes tightly, before continuing. "But I don't know if I'll be coming back."
Hanging up her phone, Andy tossed it to the side not caring where it went. Ambling out the room, she went in searched of someone, anyone. Andy was painfully aware that she was nearing that edge, the feeling of fight or flight surfacing quickly. Her chest began to hurt, her head felt light.
"Andy, what's wrong?" Bella moved toward her sister quickly. Not even aware that she was awake. The tear tracks on the girls face alarmed her.
Andy didn't say anything, instead she just put her arms around her sister. Anchoring herself down as she had done many times before.
Bella held her sister, pulling her gently towards the couch and onto her lap. The vampires had gone down to the lobby briefly, leaving Bella to watch Andy.
"What's wrong?" Bella whispered while rubbing soothing circles on her sisters back.
"I spoke to Quil. It was bad. I think it was very bad."
"I think it's even worse that we can't tell if it was bad. That's how inexperienced we are." Bella tried to joke.
Andy giggled, running the backs of her hands over her eyes. "You're bad at telling jokes."
"Such support." The older sister faked annoyance, holding back her smile.
The girls were silent. It was comfortable and familiar, but both had many things they wanted to say.
"Bells, do you think everything is going to turn out okay?"
Bella stayed quiet a few minutes longer. She was unsure of how to answer, neither having been in danger to this degree.
"I think that nothing will happen to you, that you be the equivalent of everything being okay. I would always do anything to make sure you're okay."
Andy was slightly shocked by her sisters honesty. It had always been painfully obvious that Andy idolized her sister, that she would protect her at all costs, but Bella had never openly expressed the same. It had always been in subtle ways like bringing her tea or leaving her small notes with snacks.
"I would do anything for you too Bell's."

Andy was taking a short trip down to the lobby since she was becoming a little stir crazy. It took a lot of groveling and mood changing until everyone finally agreed. She was too only go down to the lobby and back. It was better to be safe than sorry, considering it was already bad enough that no ones was accompanying her.
Taking the stairs down,Andy was relieved when she got to the main floor, she didn't see why their room was on one of the higher levels but she knew it would be a serious work out to go back up.
Walking down one of the hallways to the lobby, she passed many doors. It was uncomfortable, like she wasn't meant to be here. Feeling like she was being watch she picked up her pace. It wasn't uncommon that she would feel paranoid, it was part of her anxiety, one of the many things that triggered her flight response.
Andy was just insight of the lobby when a cold hand pressed over her mouth and an arm wrapped itself around her waist. The air around her whooshed as she was moved quickly. Her surroundings became a blur, the air was hot and sticky.
Andy was dropped harshly on the ground, the uneven concrete cutting the delicate skin on her hands and knees. Shoving at her hair, she cleared her eyes of tears and spun around quickly.
She felt like she should have known this would happen, that she should have been prepared. Andy was painfully aware of her heart slamming against her rib cage. She knew that her blood was coursing through her veins at an accelerate speed, that he could hear it, possibly smell it as well.
His nostrils flared as he stared down at her unemotionally. "So the little one does have a scent."
Andy let out a shaky sob. She had always thought that her death would be by her own hand, on her own terms but now faced with the reaper in front of her she did not want to feel his deadly touch. She had given much thought to how she would die, but never had she considered dying in the place of someone she loved. It was a good way to go.
Mustering up all the courage she had, she looked up into the crimson eyes of the tracker.
