You skipped past Papyrus and to the door. Sans tried to stop you.

"Kid, maybe you shouldn't-"

You pulled the door open. "Hi- oh jesus."

The woman, Undyne, smiled over you at Papyrus. "Hey punk! Hey sa-" She stopped when she saw you. "-ans?"

Then she gasped. "A HU-"

"HEY Undyne! You know, Papyrus is right here. Oh look, you brought monster kid with you. He's here, too. Yelling can wait." Sans gave her a warning look.

She looked at Monster kid, who was on her shoulder, and Papyrus, then at you. She stared hard at you, uncomfortably so, then finally huffed. "Fine." She put monster kid down, and held out her hand. "Truce, human?"

You stared at her blue, clawed, webbed hands. Then at her yellow slitted eyes. "Heh.... um..... yeah?" You took her hand, and smiled.

"For now." She let go. "Fine. Let's go Pap. Cooking, start!"

"LET'S PLAY TAG."

Sans glanced over at him. "Tag?"

"IN THE HOTLANDS. IT WON'T BE DARK."

Undyne smiled over at him. "Yeah. That seems nice. How 'bout you, pest?" She'd taken to calling you that in the past two hours.

You shrugged. "I can't run very fast. But yeah."

You and Sans giggled, hiding behind his little station.

"AaaaaaAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHH!" Papyrus sprinted by, with Undyne hot on his heels.

You covered your mouth, giggling harder. Sans didn't have a mouth so he just covered his face.

You got up, but stayed crouched. "I think I'll take my chances now." You whispered.

Sans held out his hand. "Don't do it (Y/n)!" He whispered back.

You stood up and snuck onto the path. Undyne chose that moment to chase Papyrus to that exact spot.

"NYEH. HUMAN RUN!"

You shrieked when he grabbed you and kept running.

"FUHUHUHU! YOU CAN'T RUN FOREVER!"

Papyrus doubled back and ducked under her arms, then ran past Sans, who was sleeping.

"Sans you fat lard wake up!" You yelled.

He snorted, but stayed asleep.

"SAAAANS!"

Papyrus kept running and screaming, with Undyne chasing.

But she collapsed suddenly. Papyrus skidded to a stop.

"UNDYNE?" He set you down. "UNDYNE ARE YOU ALRIGHT? ERM, HUMAN, GO GET SOME WATER FROM THAT CONVINENT WATER COOLER."

You walked over to it and got a small cup, then made your way over. "Okay here we-"

"GEEEEEEEEET-" Sans jumped up, holding a bucket.

Papyrus screamed. "SANS NO."

"DUNKED ON!" He dumped the water on her head.

She gasped and jumped up. "Sans you MOTHERFU-" She froze and slapped a hand over her mouth, staring at Pap.

"Fun timer." Sans finished. He winked at you. " She was gonna say mother fun timer."

Undyne laughed nervously. "Yeah."

You guys all looked at each other awkwardly.

You smiled. "I'm getting hungry. Who wants to go eat that spaghetti now?"

Undyne pumped her fist. "Woo! Good thinking, Pest!"

She picked you up and put you on her shoulders. You guys started off, laughing and talking.
