TAEYONG P.O.V
Why did she run off like that?! Damn, I just got to know her and now she probably hates me. Does she like hate suicide squads or something? It felt like getting dumped by Yeri the first time I asked her out. When I recalled the memories, I fight back the tears on the thought of Yeri.

"She dumped you?" A boy that looked like he was in middle school asked me. I look over to him with a look. "What you want kid?" "Mom! A stranger talked to me!" He yells and then smirks at me. "Hey you don't talk to my son you petifile!" The mom yells from behind us. Kids. She wraps her arms around her son and then starts hitting me with her purse. "Ma'am I can explain." "No you can't."

I pull out my police badge and show her. She stops hitting me and gets embarrassed. "Oh my goodness, I'm so sorry sir for my behavior." She apologizes. I let out a small chuckle. "It's fine, is just that your son started to talk to me." She gives her son a look. "I'll have a talk with him." The boy opens his mouth in shock like it wasn't his fault but it really was.

I say my goodbyes to both of them. Oh shit, I have to buy the extra triple stuff Oreos (let's just say those type of Oreos exist lol)for Johnny and other foods! I was talking a lot to Y/N, I forgot what I needed to do.

YOUR P.O.V
Now I feel stupid. I just got to know the guy and I'm such a fool. I just couldn't let him know about my past and all. (Ok I'll just make a separate chapter about Y/N's past, maybe 2 or 3 chapters after this one.) I let out a big sigh and store all the food I bought in the fridge or pantry. I make myself a sandwich and go watch an episode of ______(insert any show you want). Before I take a bite of my sandwich I get a call from my mother. I set down the plate and pick up my phone.

"Hey mom."
"Hey sweetie, how was your first day of being an officer?"
"It was ok. I'm the only woman officer though."
"Really!? Then you got a man officer. Is he cute?"
"Yeah, he attracts a bunch of girls."
"Ooooo maybe he's attracted to you!"
"Umm no, we just met mom."
"Do you guys get along?"
"Yeah but I think I ruined it though."
"Oh how?"
"Well he mentioned the words 'Suicide Squad' and I totally lost it."
"Ahh I see, but you gotta remember that the past is the past. Don't make it obvious though, ok?"
"I won't mom. It'll just be hard to apologize to him."
"Do you have his number?"
"No."
"Then apologize tomorrow at work. I must be taking a lot of your time so I'll let you be. Bye love you!"
"Love you too"

I set my phone and put it on silent so I can enjoy eating and watching my show.

TAEYONG P.O.V
RING RING! My alarm goes off and  I quickly get up. "Hey give me that piece of bacon!" I hear from the kitchen. Oh boy what is it this time? I get out of my bed slowly, dragging my feet, rubbing my eyes.

I arrive at the kitchen, letting out a big yawn. I'm the one usually making breakfast every morning but not this time.... "Hey whats going on?" I ask confused. They both look at me, then to each other, and the back to me. I raise an eyebrow.

"Well...." Mark starts off.

"We made breakfast!!" Johnny exclaims revealing the nice and fresh breakfast. I widen my eyes. "Wow that's amazing." I exclaim examining everything.

"I may have eaten way too much bacon." Mark says quietly look down. "Aish it's fine, I'll eat and then leave to work."

"Ok well Mark and I will get ready and go our ways." Johnny tells me, who was diving into the delicious breakfast. I nod, giving a thumbs up as a reply. He chuckles and both go to their own room.

I raise the coffee mug to my lips. I taste the coffee. I smile at the sweetness. Then the scene of Y/N pouring coffee on top of my head at Jaehyun's cafe replays in my mind. I have a good laugh smiling through the moment.

"Umm Taeyong, you ok?" Make asks fixing up his tie. I keep looking straight not realizing Mark. "Ummm earth to Taeyong!?" Mark waves his hand in front of my face. I blink quickly and shake my head focusing on him.

"So what's with the suit?" I ask giving him a smirk. "Well there's this new girl that attended to my English teaching class and I want to look presentable when I teach." "To look nice in front of her and impress her." I finish off. He blushes nodding. "We'll get going anyways." Johnny states walking past us." They both leave, leaving me alone. I let out a nice sigh and get ready to face the challenges for the day.

                                                      ~time skip, now at police station ~

YOUR P.O.V

I take a seat in my place in the room where all the officers wait for the chief and assistant chief to arrive. I notice Taeyong hasn't arrived so I rest my head on the table. "hey what's wrong?" an officer asks me. I lift my head up to face him. I rally don't know anyone here besides Mingyu and Wonwoo. "I'm sorry, but I don't know you." I answer in response. He softly chuckles.

"My bad, I'm Lee Minhyuk." "Ahh nice to meet you Minhyuk, I'm Y/N L/N and yeah nothings wrong, I just got into a little argument with Taeyong and I don't know how to apologize, any advice?" I ask hoping for an answer.

"Wow already? Just be yourself, stay calm and everything will be fine. Speaking of the devil, he just entered the room." Minhyuk says and then goes back to talking to his partner. Taeyong comes and sits next to me. Ok, you can do this Y/N.

" I have something to tell you." We both say at the same time. "You can go first." I say. "No ladies first." I sigh. "I'm sorry about yesterday, will you please forgive me? I over reacted. I'm sorry about that." He rubs my back smoothly. "I forgive you Y/N and I'm sorry too, would you please forgive me?" He asks. I nod smiling. We both talk for a bit until the chief comes to assign us assignments.
