SATURDAY

Today we were supposed to not work because we were having the party. But Assistant Chief Chanyeol texted is saying to come just in the morning and then leave after his "surprise"

I clock in the morning and instead of going to my spot, I go sit with a group of 4 officers. "Weird seeing you here." Mingyu first said smirking. "You got a problem?" I raise one eyebrow. "Not at all." And we all laugh.

"Chief Jungguk is bringing coffee and doughnuts when he arrives." Whispers Wonwoo winking at all of us. "Really!? He would never do that though! He's in a stern mood everyday." I reply. "Yeah but I think Chanyeol is convincing him too."

"GOOD MORNING!!" Speaking of the devil, Chanyeol walks in holding a box of doughnuts. Behind him, Taeyong comes in with two trays of coffee. Oh so that's where he was.....

"Chief Jungguk is going to be a little late because he has an issue to deal with." But he did send these doughnuts and coffee from a cafe that Taeyong's friend owns. (Which is Jaehyun)

About two minutes later we all get in line to get a cup of coffee and a doughnut. Taeyong is standing behind me and secretly snakes his arms around me from the back. I gasp quietly. "I got you Y/N." He whispers into my ear which made me tingle.

Everyone got their coffee and doughnuts and got back into places form before. "Mmmm this is so good!! No wonder this is a police  officer's fav combo!" Mingyu is now on his second doughnut. "Yeah and their sweet!" I exclaim taking a bite and sip of coffee. "Not like you." Taeyong says.

The whole group goes silent and I smirk. "Hmm I think you got a bug in your coffee Taeyong." I lie. "Where!?" He peers down on this cup of coffee. I took my change and picked the full cup on him, splashing him on the face. I took the remaking and poured it on top of his head.

He rolls his eyes and pours my coffee on top of me. I open my mouth in shock. "OOOOOOH!" Is what all the others shouted. "It's on!" I take a  doughnut and stick it on his face. "OOOOOH!" Right back he did the same thing to me and I was full of doughnut icing and coffee. So was he hehehe.

Tbh I hate doughnuts in real life. They're too sweet for me

~time skip to Taeyong's place. Y/N and Taeyong are cleaning themselves up~

"Ughh why did you do that Taeyong!?" I complain, blaming it on him. "Hey! You were the one who started it!" He chuckles. "Whatever, I have to go home now and take a shower." I pout. "Take a shower with me then right now." Taeyong suggested. I laugh. "You're kidding right?"

"I'm serious. Take a shower with me Y/N."

I blink and blush. "But we're not married and we just stared dating and-" he cuts me off by pecking my lips. "You'll be fine." "Ok....."

We both go to his bathroom. He immediately starts taking off his clothes. I close my eyes. "Y/N, don't be shy, you'll be naked too." He takes off the rest of his clothes and I just stare.

"Your turn."

And we took a shower together. I first felt uncomfortable but Taeyong made me feel more relaxed and safer.

TAEYONG P.O.V

Everyone has brought their date, but I was still waiting for Y/N to arrive. I'm standing outside the ballroom in my suit waiting. "You waiting for Y/N?" Chief Jungguk comes up from behind me and stands beside me. I nod. "Yes sir."

"I think she's here." He says. I look and see Y/N walking towards me. I blush at her figure and everything. She's beautiful. "Take care of her, she's been through so much in her past." Jungguk pats my back and goes back into the ballroom.

Y/N smiles at me as she is now closer. I take out my hand and she accepts it. "You look so beautiful." I say and kiss her temple. We walk into the room as the music plays. There's a banner that said: HAPPY 40TH ANNIVERSARY SEOUL POLICE FORCE

"This is so amazing!" She exclaims, admiring the decorations and everyone. As she looks around, I'm the only one admiring her.

"Care for a glass of wine?" A server asks politely holding a tray of two glasses. "Of course!" Y/N hands me one and gets one for herself. "Enjoy yeh party you two."

We face each other and say at the same time:

"Cheers!"
