I literally made this up on the spot.

I used chicken but any meat is applicable.

Greens
Take a lettuce of your choice (I used romaine) and rip it up (chop it if you prefer that).
Chop up some kind of tomato (I used some mini ones).
Chop up some cheese of your choice.
Put this in the fridge.

Chicken
Chop up onion and put in a covered container with some spices, lemon juice and olive oil. Shake then let it sit upsidedown for a while.
Take a meat of your choice and put it on the stove with the same combo you used for the onions.
Cook the meat until it's about 1/2 to 1/4 finished. Take it off the stove and cut it into strips. Out it back in and put the onions in.
Let it cook for a while, flipping and stirring as needed.
Simmer for a while after that.

Dressing
When it's done, pour the liquid and pour it into the bowl you put the onions in earlier.
Take another bowl and mix one glob of mayonnaise with 4 of ceaser dressing and 2-3 of regular ranch.
Slowly pour the chicken liquid in.
Leave the stove on low.
After mixing the dressing to your preferred taste and such, pour in the chicken and onions and mix throughly.
Mix with the bowl in the fridge.

Note
In my opinion, it tastes better when you put the chicken dressing in after it's cooled.
