Left, Right, Left, shit

"We have been Here for five hours and you still don't know how to walk!" Mother exaggerated. I just sighed and sat down on the floor. "What do think you're doing? You're a lady, so sit like one" Mother hissed while glaring at me. I just shrugged "I don't care" I huffed.

"The party is tomorrow" Mother emphasised. "Cool" I muttered sarcastically while giving her a thumbs up. "You're impossible" Mother glowered before storming out of the room.

If you're wondering what's going on, I'll fill you in. Apparently, there's this really important business party tomorrow and Mother is forcing me to attend the party.

I grab my phone and dial my best friend's number. She answers almost immediately. "hey" she chirps "hi" I greeted while lying on the floor. "How's it going with mama gorilla" she teased. " she's a bitch" I groaned. "Tell me everything" she demanded and so I do.

The sun has set and Mother is sending me to buy a dress for the party tomorrow. "The driver shall drop you off" Mother informed me. "No. I'd rather go with scarlett" I insisted. " you meet her at school 5 days a week, I think that's enough interaction with this Scarlett of yours" Mother said with disgust clear in her voice. "She's my best friend, I can meet her however much I want" I glared at her. "Sophia, listen to your mother and go with the driver. I'm sure Scarlett wouldn't mind" my father assured me.

I just glared at them and stormed out.
I grabbed my phone from the charger before entering the black car. "Go" I muttered to the driver before leaning back and going through my phone.

By the time we reached the mall, I was still fuming. Ugh, I'm TOTALLY not in the mood to buy an expensive dress that I'll probably never wear again after tomorrow's party. Yes, my Mother was that type of person.

As I was looking around, my eyes fell on a shop called 'forever 21' AKA Scarlett's favourite shop. I walked inside the shop already mesmerised by the shop's simple design. If Mother saw me here, she would probably lock me up inside my room and never let me out. I abruptly stopped walking when an idea popped into my head. Granted it was a pretty stupid idea and I'll probably regret it later, I still went through with it.
