We have been roaming in Victoria's Secret for half an hour and I thought this was supposed to be a quick stop so I decide to give up on finding a bikini in here and look at Forever 21 instead. After five minutes at Forever 21 I find the perfect one, just a simple black one. Tait takes it and goes to pay as I go to wait outside the store. She comes out not long after and hands me the bag with the bikini in.

"Go change in one of the restrooms over there" She says pointing and pushing me towards the restrooms. I walk over to the restrooms and find a free booth; I quickly put on the bikini in the small space and then put on my clothes on top.

I walk out of the restroom with my underwear in the bag originally meant for the bikini.

"How does it fit?" Tait asks. I shrug and say questioningly "As it should?" She takes the bag from me and drags me to the car and throws it in the backseat as she gets in the drivers seat. I get in the passenger seat beside her and as soon as I close the door she puts the car is drive.

When we get to the designated beach I see there is only a handful of people here so we get out of the car and go around the back to get our towels. I take mine and go place it a few meters from the water and sit down on it. A few seconds later Tait places her towel beside mine but she removes her clothing and takes a leap for the water and dives right in. When she resurfaces she gasps slightly, guessing it's from the cold water I decide not to go inside no matter how much she will try to get me in.

I regret not bringing something along for me to keep myself busy with while she was taking a late night dip. I dig my feet in the sand and look at the sun that is about to set; from what it looks like in a few minutes.

I had started fidgeting with the corners of the towel without thinking about it so I stop when I notice. I lay back on the towel with my arm over my face and after a few minutes feel a wet spray go across me so I remove my arm expecting to see Tait.

When I see it being some strange dude with blue hair standing over me with two nerf water guns I become suspicious but sit up.

"Do you need anything?" I ask quite rudely but not really liking the approach from him spraying me with water.

"Yeah, me and my buddies are playing water war and we are one short so I thought I should ask you since I saw you come with your friend but it didn't look like you will be going in the water and then I saw you were getting kinda bored so...yeah" he scratches the back of his neck awkwardly as he rambles. I chuckle "Sure I'll join" I stand up grabbing one of the nerf guns from him and spray his face with the water from the gun. He wipes at his face and leads me to his friends.

When we reach the blue haired guy's friends I notice Luke standing there along with a brown haired guy.

"Well I'm Michael" he points to his own chest and reaches out to shake my hand with the other. "That's Calum," he says pointing towards the brown haired guy. "And that guy there is Luke" he says pointing towards Luke.

"Nice to meet you all. But Michael if you didn't notice I was here with Luke's sister so I kind of know him" I chuckle feeling comfortable enough around him so I don't feel like keeping my guard up. He scratches the back of his neck again blushing slightly as he stutter out a quiet "oh yeah, right" and then laughs it off.

"So whose team am I on?" I ask changing the subject but turning to Michael again.

"You will be teaming with Calum against me and Luke" he says motioning to Luke to stand by him while I go to stand by Calum "GO!" is all he yells as he and Luke sprint away from Calum and me. I aim for the back of Luke's head with the water gun and shoot. I see him glancing back but don't react soon enough so I spray him in the face. I grab ahold of Calum's upper arm to yank him to the side so we can move and also to prevent either of us to get sprayed by Luke who has stopped and had his water gun directed towards us. I let go of Calum and yell for him to follow me instead as I take off sprinting farther away so that I know that his water gun won't reach us.

I find a beach umbrella and secure it in the sand wile making it almost lay down to make us a makeshift fort. I get behind the umbrella and lay on the sand peeking out beside to catch a glint of where Michael and Luke were. I hear Calum get behind the umbrella as well, looking over at him I see him getting down in the same military position as I am.

"Okay so what is our plan?" I ask him looking out from behind the umbrella again.

"I usually just go for run, shoot and keep from getting hit" he replies and laughs. I just nod and agree that that would be the strategy I would go with as well. I quickly look out from behind the umbrella a last time and got up gesturing for Calum to do the same and we take off running towards Michael and Luke. I raise my water gun as I see Calum in the corner of my eye, we near Luke and Michael. Michael seems to sense our presence and he did a quick turn and jogs backwards and aims his water gun towards me, he shoots but I duck and he misses me. He keeps shooting so I slow down and make a sharp right turn so he yet again misses and I am out of reach.

After twenty minutes of spraying each other with the water guns Tait comes up out of the water and put it to an end. I hand back my water gun and walk over to Tait and I's stuff and dry myself off from the small amount of water that were able to hit me. Tait comes along and dries off as well bot her not drying off from the water gun fight but from actually swimming.

"How did you end up doing that?" She asks sounding a little judgmental. I just shrug "They needed a fourth player and I felt that since I wasn't going to take a swim I might as well just join them." She scoffs and I start to feel offended, I have a right to have other friends and I have the right to be friends with guys.

"What is it?" I ask feeling the urge to scoff back.

"You know that guy I've been telling you about for the past year? Yeah, one of those over there is him" and I see now that she looks jealous.

"Is it Luke?" I joke "You know it's not legal with that" I try not to laugh at her. She widened her eyes and started to fake choke "Absolutely not, that's just plain out disgusting".

"So is it the bright color haired one or the Chinese one?"

"One, He is not Chinese and two he is actu-" I interrupt her "So it's Calum?" She starts to blush heavily and mumbles something I can't hear "What's that? Was that a yes?" She lightly nods and turns around. I clap my hands together and grab ahold of her shoulders, squeal and shake them and then let go. She swats my hands away and so I take a step back and look her in the eyes waiting for her to explain. She doesn't get the hint so I ask "So? Care to explain?" We both sit down on our individual towels in the sand and she starts to quietly explain.

"And that's kind of how all ofthat happened" She finishes her speech up about how she got feelings for herbrothers best friend and now after she's told me all bout that I just feelworse for not telling her about my crush on her brother. But that would justruin everything, so maybe I'll tell her if there ever will be anything morebetween Luke and me.
