Chapter 7: What's the result?

"Loris!" Heartle shouted.

Loris immediately stand because he is sitting in the sofa. He followed Heartle's voice which leads him to the kitchen. He frown while he scanned the area.

"What's wrong, Heartle?"

Heartle turn back with a pout on her lips. "We don't have pag-kain. It's already time for pananghalian!"

Loris' lips lined after he took a deep breath. "Alright, let's buy some groceries together."

"Malamang," Heartle said while massaging her tummy.

"Ano yung narinig ko na together!?" Oliver said while sprinting into their direction.

Loris turned his body around. He raised his brows. Oliver stopped near the sink. "Are you together, Shoal and Admirer!?"

Loris and Heartle look at him flatly. Oliver sighed in relief. "Oh fudge, I thought it's already end of the world," Oliver thought.

"We are going to the grocery. Do you want to join us? Let's invite Estelle too," Loris said while his hands are having some gestures.

Oliver nodded back and forth. "I'm in but I think Stellar isn't going with us. I invited her to play with me but do you know what she did?" He put his arms in his hips. "Stellar, maybe I should call her Rejector, just slam" —he pointed Estelle's room—"that fudging door!"

Heartle chuckled. "What laro you want to laro with her ba?"

Oliver slightly smirk. "Rock, paper and scissors."

Heartle and Loris glanced at each other. Now they get it as to why Oliver has been rejected. They shake their head in unison as they left Oliver on the kitchen.

"Oliver must be baliw already," Heartle thought.

Heartle, Oliver and Loris are heading into the Underground Supermarket to, obviously, buy some products. It's already one o'clock in the afternoon and they are all starving. Estelle was left in the apartment to organize everything and because she wants to secure the apartment by herself.

While they are on the way, the three are scanning the area. The weather is sunny and the places that they passed through are very silent. The weather is fine but the place is gloomy itself. The three aren't talking with each other as they go through.

When they arrive at the Underground Supermarket, the crew immediately smiled. Loris nodded at the crew while the two, Heartle and Oliver, directly grab a different cart without giving much attention to the crew.

Oliver and Loris will be assigned in the food sections, since Heartle wants to be with herself only, while Heartle is assigned in cleaning and hygiene sections. After grabbing the cart they split into different directions. The Underground Supermarket is twice as big as the usual supermarkets in the city that's why there's a very small percentage that their paths will cross.

Heartle is checking her list at the same time she is pushing the cart. She is busy reading the list and putting some products on the cart but, suddenly, she heard a gossip from two unknown girls in a certain area.

"12th Rogue Championship is it true that the Rogue Society will host tomorrow tonight?" girl number 1 said.

"What is she exactly want to sabi?" Heartle thought while frowning. She moved closer to clearly eavesdrop the conversation.

"Char, ume-english ka na ha!" The two girls giggled at the same time.

"It's English but hindi siya understandable. What a trying hard gaga, like me," Heartle thought while giggling.

"Naman, dapat lang para naman mapansin ako ni Theo." Girl number 1 flipped her hair. "Alam mo naman na suplado y'un pero I'm sure when he hears my English she will be mine," girl number 1 said while chuckling.

"Is she a tomboy or what? She use 'she' but the pangalan is Theo. What ba talaga?" Heartle moved closer.

"You have a high caliber crush. Can you, uhm, abot your crush?"

Heartle chuckled silently. She is a trying hard to speak Tagalog but this girl's are trying hard to speak English.

"Akala ko, I am the most awful person when it comes to language."

"Are you, ano nga ulit uhm, saying that—" The girl didn't have the chance to say the next words because Heartle made her way into the girls' direction.

"That?" Heartle said.

"Hi po, ma'am. Do you request?" the girl number 1 said while smiling.

Heartle shaked her head. "I'm sorry pero I heard what your talking kanina. About the Rogue Championship?"

"Uhm. Hi, madam. About Rogue Championship is, uhm, will happen tomorrow tonight. I hear chismis from cashier on the number 6 there," girl number 2 said while pointing the cashier on the counter number 6.

Girl number 1 pinch girl number 2. "Marunong pala ikaw?" Tumango naman si girl number 2. Both of them giggled once again.

"Ano ba that?" Heartle said while slightly pushing her cart.

"It was a fighting of member of Rogue Society Organizations. They fight and winner will have depend prize," girl number 2 said seriously.

"Is it the same as martial arts championship?" Heartle thought while nodding her head.

"Gusto ko mag-join. Where should I register para makasali?"

"In Underground Basement where you register para to join. Be careful you join you baka die," girl number 1 said sincerely.

Napatango-tango nalang si Heartle saka umalis. She proceeded to the chemical section and started checking the products while still thinking about that Rogue Championship.

A few moments later, the three, Oliver, Heartle and Loris have already reach their new home. Estelle immediately grab the groceries and started organizing everything.

It's already four o'clock and it's been hours since she started to think about joining the Rogue Championship that the girls were saying a while ago. She wants to enter badly but the question is, will her friends allow her? However, even though everyone will be against her plan, she will still follow herself.

She sigh as she approached the door. She was about to open it when she realized that didn't have the card with her, so she started finding it. Moments passed and she saw the card in the kitchen drawer. She immediately left the apartment because her friends are in each others room and only God knows what they are doing.

When she is walking in the hallway, she saw a four students wearing the uniform of UA. They are talking about something that she can't figure out what. The four suddenly stopped when they felt Heartle's presence. Heartle got confused because of what just happened.

"What is wrong with them?" she thought as she continued walking.

Her venture into the Underground Basement has been a weird journey for her. Everyone is stopping when she pass through them. Everyone is starting whispering whenever they saw her. What's with her that can make them act like that?

However, she arrived at Underground Basement without having a fight with anyone. It's a thing that she should be proud of because she is naturally a black sheep and chaos is her surname.

She used the stairs since it's the only thing that is available. After a long stair walk, she have arrived to the basement that looks like a wide sports stadium. It has some chairs surrounding the area and there is this one thing that catches her attention, the platform in the center.

She immediately duck as someone from behind was supposed to punch her. She immediately stand and take three steps forward before back flipping, at the same time she making sure that she will land on the back of that someone and she did. She immediately grab her knife and put it on the stomach of that guy.

"Ano ba kasi you want from me?" Heartle said in a super girly way.

The man flinched but never tried answering her. He better speak or else the brutal side of Heartle will kill him and it's never a good idea to wake the sleeping demon inside Heartle's body.

"Ayaw mo mag-say ng word? Okay, I'll kill you nalang," she said as the guy felt that the knife is just a few centimeters from his flesh.

The man took a long and deep sigh. "I'm Calfroy, the leader of 7th Powerhouse."

Heartle roll her eyes. "I'm not asking for your pangalan, moron." Calfroy flinched. "I'm asking for your intentions."

She push him and Calfroy directly found himself lying on the floor. Calfroy is silently groaning because of Heartle's heavy hands. Heartle is scanned the area while Calfroy is tried to stand.

"What are doing here, Miss Newcomer?" Calfroy said while trying to stand.

Heartle frown as she turn back. "How did you know na I'm new?"

Napalunok si Calfroy ng laway. He look away. "There are only 52 students here before you came. We were together since three years ago. I haven't seen your face, not until now." Calfroy said while whispering the latter.

Napatango-tango nalang si Heartle. She once again scanned the area. Calfroy realized something suddenly. "Why are you here by the way, Miss Newcomer?"

She glanced at Calfroy and smirk. "I want to join the 12th Rogue Championship."

Calfroy's eyes widened in an instant. "What is she thinking?"

"I have heard from someone kanina that Rogue Society will host it tomorrow night. Is it true?"

Calfroy close his eyes and his hands became fist. "Yes."

Heartle smiled like a kid. She clapped her hands in excitement. "Where should I register then?"

Calfroy opened his eyes and clenched his jaw. "Be part of my despicable group then."

Heartle's eyes widened. "Did I just bully my soon to be Master? Fuck this attitude!" she thought.

I hope I didn't offend someone in this chapter. I am not discriminating someone who doesn't know how to speak English okay? Even I am having a hard time too. The wrong grammar from two girls are just to illustrate that they haven't attended a proper education and I mean no harm on anyone.
