SYNOPSIS

ELANA AND AVANNA ━ both of which preferred to be called Lana and Ava ━ were two of the more renowned hunters in the bunch, that was, beside the Winchester brothers. Despite both being as known as they are, they've somehow never crossed paths, and they hadn't ever planned to.

That is, until both the girls return from flushing out a vampires nest, taking note that they've somehow managed to land themselves in the same town that Bobby resides in, they decide it best to pay the man that had cared for them since the passing of their parents an unexpected visit. 

And that's when they run into the Winchesters.

And of course, a rivalry takes root between the two oldest of the pairs of siblings. Elana was far more stubborn than she would ever admit, and mostly kept to herself with the belief no one besides kin could be trusted, and for the most part, she was right. It's not even that surprising to the boys when they find out that Alanna very rarely doesn't have to argue her way into a hunt, so when Bobby begins to explain to her that demons have escaped from the Devil's gate Elana's sudden hope to get as far away from the damn thing is expected.

But she knows that running from the wretched creatures won't do her any good, only prolong the inevitable, so she's forced to decide whether or not she wants to help the Winchesters with one of the many sticky situations they always seem to land themselves in.

She hadn't been expecting to stay with the brothers for so long, but when she finds herself wanting to be with them whenever she can, she can't help but make the selfish decision to stay ━ not knowing how much that decision was truly going to cost her.
