Chapter 66 - Rain
Fell's POV
My eyes slowly opened to be met with a slumbering princess and a small child. Frisk was in between us with both mine as well Classic's arms wrapped around them. My jacket served as a warm blanket. Carefully getting up, I did my morning routine of putting on my uniform, boots, and dog tag.
Rain hit the top of the tent, creating soft pats. I grabbed my umbrella from under the bed. When I stepped out, I opened it to create a barrier.
I decided that I would walk before my day started. Before I could leave, someone tapped me on the shoulder. It was Classic.
Me: Morning Princess. Wanna join me for a walk?
Classic: I'd love to.
I put the protecter over his head to keep his body from getting wet.
As we walked, he seemed to be in deep thought.
Me: What's on your mind?
Classic: Two things.
Me: Shoot.
Classic: One, I've noticed that Frisk doesn't trust Sci, like at all. It's strange. And two, I have a really weird feeling about today, I don't know why.
Me: Probably because it's raining.
Classic: Probably.
(Time Skip)
We came back to the tent to find Frisk nervously sitting on my bed, alone. They were looking for us. When they did, they ran towards me and hugged me tightly. Then they hugged Classic and proceeded to show us their notebook. It had writing in it, they were talking to us.
Frisk: I was worried you wouldn't come back. I was terrified.
Classic: Calm down Kiddo, we're here now.
(Time Skip)
We were sitting under our tree when a loud boom came from the camp. Another came, and then another. Unknown soldiers were barging into the tents and buildings. Screams erupted from the cadets. The camp was under attack. I stood up and ran towards the noise with Classic and Frisk close on my heels. I turned around to push them back.
Me: No, you stay here. I don't want you two getting hurt.
Classic: What about you?
Me: Don't argue with me. It's better that I get injured than all three us getting hurt.
Classic: Fine but be careful.
Me: I will. Just stay next to the tree and hide. This area is too far away for anyone to see you.
He stayed in his spot but Frisk protested. They tried to get to me as I ran off but Classic held them tightly in his arms.
I ran throughout the camp grounds, searching for people to save. I came across Asgore. He was surrounded by the unknown soldiers. He snarled as he gripped his favorite trident. Summoning my magic, I killed the enemies. I ran to him.
Me: Asgore!
Asgore: Fell! There you are! Help me kill these sons of bitches!
Me: Yes sir!
(Time Skip)
They just keep coming. Asgore and I were becoming exhausted from using too much magic. We were pushing it to the limit. My vision started to blur as I dropped to the ground. I was finding it hard to breathe. I started coughing up my own blood, a sign that I was pushing my luck with the limits of my magic.
Looking up, I couldn't see anything but blotches of color. Although, I saw multiple patches and streaks that were bright blue. A shape that resembled a person came towards me. They pulled me up from the ground. They were speaking to me but I couldn't make out any of it. However, I knew that voice by heart.
Me: I t-thought I told you s-stay hidden.
My hearing and vision cleared. Classic had my arm over his shoulders to keep me on my feet. He was scared. My princess was scared that I might die.
Classic: You really expect me to stand by and watch my loved one get killed? Hell no.
He noticed my wounds.
Classic: We have to get you to the medical building.
Me: No, I can still fight.
Classic: No, you can't. Sir!
He looked at Asgore.
Classic: We have to get Fell to Sci, right now!
The General nodded and led the way.
Fell: Where's the kid?
Classic: Still at the tree. I created a cage of blue bones to prevent them from moving. Now, let's worry about you.
(Time Skip)
We bursted into the medical building to find Sci, facing away from us. A different aura surrounded him.
Classic: Sci. We need your help, Fell is wounded. Please heal him.
Sci: ... I can't do that.
He said quietly as he turned around slowly. His normal demeanor was nowhere to be found. It was like he was a completely different character.
Classic: Why not?!
Sci didn't say anything for a couple of minutes. Then he spoke.
Sci: I'm sorry for this.
He said as he summoned a bone and pierced it through my leg. Pain shot throughout my entire body, which caused me to collapse to the floor in anguish.
Classic: Why the hell did you do that?!
Sci: So I can... protect my little brother.
He snapped his fingers and suddenly, soldiers appeared out of nowhere. They hoisted me from the ground. They put Asgore and Classic in cuffs.
Classic: You bastard! You betrayed us!
He yelled at Sci. The scientist didn't show any form of emotion.
The soldiers dragged us to be lined with other monsters. There were only monsters lined up. They threw me to the ground. They forced Classic onto his kneels. Then, the most shocking person appeared. It was a skeleton, wearing the enemies clothing. He was running this show.
Echo: My name is Echo. Today, you filthy scum are going to die. Thanks to the help of our new friend, we knew where to find you.
A person walked past me. Looking up, I saw Sci walking to stand next to Echo.
Echo: Now, he is going to create bombs that will blow everything up. Starting with a small orphanage, called Rosemary Orphanage. We want every monster dead. Very soon, you will be shot in the head. My boss wants it to be bloody. Starting with you.
He pointed towards me. A soldier came to me and pointed a gun at my forehead. I closed my eyes as I accepted my fate. A loud bang could be heard but... no impact. I heard a body drop. Opening my eyes, I saw the kid going all Chucky on their asses. Frisk looked at Echo and ran towards him but he was took quick. He pulled out a gun a shot Frisk through the chest. I couldn't do anything. Frisk's body fell to the ground. That's when I had enough. I felt my magic become stronger. Stronger because I just watched my child get hurt. I summoned my blasters and sent Echo to hell.
I broke Classic's cuffs so we could both run to the kid. Classic scooped their body into his arms. Their blood pouring from the open wound. Frisk raised their hands to touch both of our cheeks. Then, they dropped. I could see the color fully drain from them as they took their last breath.
Classic: Kiddo? Kid?! Frisk! Please. Please, come back to us.
Tears poured from his eyes as he cried into my chest. I held him close. Then I noticed something on the ground. Frisk's notebook. It was opened to a certain page. I picked it up and observed it. The page was stained with the child's own blood. There were only four words on it.
I love you
Goodbye
A Quick Discussion
Btw, Madam Mary hates gay people. That's what Porcel was talking. As quoted "Madam Mary hates people like that" he was saying that she doesn't like queers.
So, Frisk died..... oof. I'm sorry.
Love ya...
Bye
