Chapter 100 - A New Home

Ink's POV

I woke up to see Error sleeping as he held Gray. I slightly smiled before getting out of bed for the day. Walking into the bathroom, I turned the shower water on and undressed myself.

I let the hot water fall on me as I closed my eyes. It felt refreshing after taking care of a baby. After about a hour, I stepped out and dried myself.

When I walked out of the bathroom, I saw Error sitting up while watching Gray. He looked up at me and smiled.

Error: Morning, babe.

He kissed me after I crawled into his arms. His voice was gravelly which was hot but I couldn't get turned on because we had a busy day planned. Besides, there was an audience.

Me: We have to start packing. We're moving today, remember?

Error: Do we have to? I'm really comfortable.

Me: Yes we do. Come on, get your butt up.

He huffed childishly before leaning his full body weight on me, resulting in me being trapped between him and the bed. This kept me from being able to move.

Me: Ruru! Get off me.

Error: No, you're mine now.

Me: Error Christopher Queen! If you don't get off me, I swear I'll-

Error: You'll do what? There is nowhere you can go because you're trapped between me and the mattress.

I started giggling when I realized that I was completely screwed. There were giggles coming from Gray, telling us that he found our playfulness amusing.

Me: Please, Ruru. Why do you have to be so stubborn?

He didn't answer me, only tightened his grip and kept me in one place. I tried to push him off but he wouldn't move.

Eventually, I just gave up because I realized that we were going to be here for a long time.

(Time Skip)

Gray started making noise that he wanted to attention. Error got off to pick him up, which allowed me to finally get up.

While my husband tended to Gradient, I continued packing our stuff into boxes. If Error wasn't procrastinating earlier, we could have gotten half of this done by now.

After setting Gray in his crib, Error began to help. As we stacked the boxes in a organized pile, we talked about our new home.

Once we finished, I closed the cap for the permanent marker. The labels ranged from my art supplies to Error's clothing.

Error: Inky.

He said with a begging voice. I immediately sighed since I knew exactly what was coming next. There were three nicknames that he used for me in different scenarios. Kiki during sex, babe normally, and Inky if he wanted something.

Me: Yes, Ruru?

Error: Kiss me.

Me: What?! We're in the middle of doing something.

He whined before wrapping his arms around me and resting his chin on my shoulder.

Error: I know but still.

Me: No excuses. Stop being horny.

Error: But Inky.

Me: Don't Inky me. This was your idea to move to France. Take your lazy ass and get the box.

I softly laughed as I put my hand on his cheek and gently pushed him away.

In the end, I knew we were going to get everything done but who said we had to be serious?

Error huffed childishly again as he walked over to Gray.

Error: Did you see that? Your mother rejected me, your own father, a kiss.

I picked up a pillow from the bed and chucked it at his head. When it made contact with him, he dramatically fell to the floor. This caused Gray to laugh loudly.

Peeking over the side of the bed, I stared at him with an evil grin. Even though, I'm pretty sure it didn't look evil once so ever.

Me: Get off the floor.

Error: Can't, I'm dead.

Me: No you're not. Stop being dramatic.

I couldn't help but smile at everything that was happening. Before I could get away, Error grabbed me.

Error: Ink, give me a kiss and I'll let you go. Your scarf is also my hostage.

Me: No, please. Anything but my favorite brown scarf. I'll do anything, just show me mercy.

Turning towards him, I kissed my spouse. This, in turn, loosened his grip around me which gave me an opportunity to escape. After standing up, I walked over to the crib and picked Gray up.

Me: I think it's time you had all of the attention.

As I swayed around with my child, I thought about the things that we packed for the move.

Me: Oh, Error.

Error: Yeah, babe?

Me: Did you box Gray's toys? Because I didn't.

Error: I don't believe I did because the toys are supposed to be out. I'll check real quick.

He moved around the stacked boxes for a few minutes and then checked the drawer that they were kept in.

Error: They're still in the drawer.

(Time Skip)

I wiped my sweat off as we got the last box on the jet. This was it, we were officially moving out of the country. Leaving everything behind to start a new life.

Gray was with Error and were waiting while I said goodbye to the others.

Nightmare was standing in front of me and I could tell he was trying his hardest not to cry. I hugged and he returned it.

Me: I'm gonna miss you. All of you. Life was so fun but it is my time to move on. I hope all of you start a family of your own someday.

This seemed to break Nightmare since he started to sob greatly. I patted his back as I gave my best friend one final goodbye.

Me: I have to go now. Don't worry, if you need me, I'll be there.

I waved as I closed the door of the jet. Turning around, I saw Error playing with Gray on the floor. When I clapped my hands together, I managed to get their attention.

Me: Alright. Ready to get going?

Error nodded before settling Gray into his seat.

Once the jet took off and we were safe to move around, I grabbed a bag. Unzipping it, I tossed the object inside of it to Error.

When he looked at it, a smile appeared.

Error: Holy shit. You found my uniform. This brings back so many memories.

~~~~Flashback~~~~
Ink's POV (Age 23)
I was paired with someone for this mission. Surprisingly, it wasn't Nightmare. Rather, it was Error. I considered him to be a good friend of mine.
I held a sniper rifle as I hid behind a log. The mission was to find information for the General. Just a made up story to help make it seem more real.
Error was watching the surroundings. He motioned for me to follow but when he started moving, he tripped. It was clearly fake but it somehow made me laugh. He looked at me with a cheeky grin before becoming serious again.
Trailing after him into a building, we saw several guards on watch. Spending about two hours getting through them, we found the 'leader'.
Error tied them in strings to keep them in place.
The unknown person began to speak but Error interrupted him.
Error: Blah blah blah evil plan reveal blah. Just give us the information before we receive the cliché story.
I giggled quietly at the calm voice he held towards the labeled villain.
~~~~End of Flashback~~~~

He handed it back to me to put in the bag. I also realized that he gave me his license, which told me that he was planning on stepping down from the assassin position.

Agreeing to the idea, I put mine in the bag as well.

(Time Skip)

We sat on the smooth floor of our new home in France. Boxes were everywhere. The walls were white, which definitely was going to change. We agreed on a light grey.

There was a wall of glass that gave access to a large concrete balcony that slightly overlooked a small town. The kitchen and living room had an open concept, which was a plus. Stairs led to the second floor that had four bedrooms and three baths.

We haven't unpacked anything since we were eating after the trip.

Error: I'm glad you don't like pizza.

Me: Why?

Error: Two reasons. One, they have to use fucking utensils. Two, Chinese is so much better.

My mind went back to the licenses. We stepped down and now were going to live...

Normal lives

A Quick Discussion

Imma say something. I don't like pizza.

Before you start yelling at me for a being a weird person, don't even try. I've been told that my entire life just because of the fact that I don't like pizza.

I'm pretty sure four bedrooms is foreshadowing to a certain little skeleton child that hasn't been born yet. *cough* PaperJam *cough*.

Error is really childish around Ink and Gray. There's a reason for this. He wants to see them smile so he does what he does.

And yes, Error's middle name is indeed and will stay as Christopher. Deal with it.

Love ya...

Bye
