*A Month Later*

Cody was currently on tour with the Cherry Bombs and Damaged Generation when he just finished playing with Damaged Generation and went backstage to get ready for his performance with the Cherry Bombs when he arrived to the makeup station where all the girls waited for Cody as Ella and Layla helped with their makeup until Cody arrived and Layla immediately started getting Cody ready when Ella was doing her own makeup.

Cody: You two are amazing together.

Layla: Gotta help each other out in someway.

Cody: True. How's the arm?

Layla: Getting better. The burns are just fading away slowly, but it'll just be a permanent scar.

Cody lightly nodded until Layla finished his facepaint and went to work on Kym until Ella finished hers and started doing the powder that went with Cody's facepaint.

Cody: How are you holding up without Alina?

Ella: It's been on and off. I mean, I'm thankful to have Layla helping me out, but I miss having Alina and Nathan around. She volunteered to take the first round of watching him.

Cody nodded until Ella finished Cody's facepaint when he stood up and joined Meghan to do pre-show stretches when he got a good look at her in her outfit.

Meghan (seductively): I see you staring Cody.

Cody: Sorry. I forget sometimes.

Meghan: *giggles* It's ok, I stare at you sometimes too.

Once they finished stretching they hugged onto each other and talked amongst each other.

Cody: I miss Taylor and Lili.

Meghan: I know. We'll see them real soon when we get to Brooklyn.

Cody: I'm actually looking to surprise them when we get to Omaha. They're passing through Des Moines and it's only a two hour drive.

Meghan: I'm sure they'd love that Codester. I'm really curious to see one of their shows and how much energy they put into it.

Cody: Wanna come with me? Mom, Katie, Crystal, and Connie are all coming too.

Meghan: Of course. I miss seeing Taylor and Lili too.

Cody: It's too bad that Kym, Josie, and Latisha can't make it though. They've all got family to visit in Omaha.

Meghan: I know. They'll all get their chance to see them soon though.

Cody nodded until Meghan had her arms wrapped around Cody and he had his hands around her waist.

Cody: Yeah. I just feel bad they won't be able to see her sooner. Hopefully that day we'll all be able to see each other will come sooner.

Meghan: It'll be OK Codes. We all know how much you love them and you see how much we love them. We'll see them sooner than you think. Trust your aunt Meghan.

Cody smiled and nodded in agreement when they pecked each other on the lips and hugged again.

Cody: Love you aunt Meghan.

Meghan: Love you too Codester.

Cody and Meghan then broke the hug and held hands when they got called to go on stage and walked over until they soon arrived to the side of the stage with everyone else when the show opened with Cody and all the girls dancing with each other.

*2 Days Later*

Kym, Josette, and Latisha all went to visit their families in Omaha while Cody drove to Des Moines with Alicia, Crystal, Meghan, Katie, and Connie. They were an hour and a half into the drive as Crystal, Meghan, and Katie were all asleep as Cody drove and Alicia was texting Corey on her phone.

Cody: Texting dad again?

Alicia: Yeah. He's really missing us. He says it seems that Japan has changed a lot since the pandemic.

Cody: I can believe it. I remember him getting the call that they had to reschedule Knotfest Japan.

Alicia nodded in agreement until they reached the Iowa border and were getting closer to Des Moines.

Cody: Mind if I make a quick stop?

Alicia: How far is the cemetary?

Cody: If I remember correctly, it's only five more minutes from where we're at.

Alicia: Alright. We can visit them for a little bit I guess.

Cody: Thanks mom....

Cody then drove to Highland Memory Gardens Cemetary until they arrived after Cody had gotten a half bouquet of flowers until he parked the car and got out as he started walking to the graves until Alicia heard Meghan, Katie, Connie, and Crystal all wake up.

Connie: *yawns* where are we?

Meghan: Why are we at a cemetary?

Alicia: Cody has some people to visit.

Katie: We should go with him.

Crystal: Yeah. He might need the extra mental support.

Alicia agreed as they all got out of the car also and stretched before they all followed Cody to where he was going until they saw him stop at two graves that read "Nathan Jonas "Joey" Jordison" and the other said "Paul Dedrick Gray" when he laid two flowers each on them. Once Cody got what he had to say to Paul and Joey, he looked around and found his biological mom's grave when he set the other two flowers on her grave.

Cody: Hi mom. I know it's been a while, but it has been a while since I died for a few minutes and saw you in heaven. I don't know what my mental health says to me anymore, but it's getting worse as this current tour is happening. Taylor and Lili are in town with her supergroup and I'm going to surprise them tonight by showing up to their show tonight. I'll tell her that I came to visit you, Paul, and Joey. Next time, I'll bring Taylor and Lili with me and I'll tell your granddaughter who you were. I promise. I love you.

Cody then got a little emotional until he felt the presence of the others when he saw Alicia, Connie, Meghan, Katie, and Crystal. Cody then started to lightly cry when he stood up and hugged them all one by one.

Crystal: Just remember that they're all in a better place now Codes.

Katie: Yeah. They'd be so proud of how far you've come with everything that's gone on in your life.

Meghan: We love you so much Cody. Even when we thought you were dead, we never gave up on you. I can even tell your biological mom loved you so much and you loved her. It was just so tragic on what happened to her.

Connie: We all love you Cody. Even on that day we adopted you from the orphanage, Me, Kym, and Alicia all saw something in you that we knew you'd turn your life around when you joined us. A professional, aerialist, fire breather, and dancer. We're so proud of you and everything else that's happened in your life.

Alicia: And now you're a husband to a beautiful wife and a father to a beautiful daughter who's being taught to follow her dad's footsteps. We love you Cody.

Cody smiled when he hugged them all again until they stood there for a moment in silence until Crystal broke the silence.

Crystal: Hey you guys...... shouldn't we finish driving to Des Moines before Taylor's show tonight?

They all looked at each other and soon realized that too.

Katie: Better get moving then. Don't wanna keep them waiting much longer.

Cody: ....... Ok.

Cody then kissed their cheeks before he looked at his biological mom's grave one last time before they all went back to the car and drove to Des Moines where Taylor was having the show at with her supergroup.

*Later*

After Cody, Alicia, Crystal, Meghan, Katie, and Connie all arrived to their hotel and checked in, they all got themselves ready for the show which Cody wore some ripped jeans, a Pretty Reckless t-shirt, his combat boots, and his Cherry Bombs necklace as he styled his hair and looked over at Alicia who looked very pretty.

Alicia: You look handsome Cody.

Cody: And you look so beautiful everytime I see you mom.

Alicia: Thanks sweetie. Lili's gonna be so excited to see us again soon.

Cody: So will Taylor. Better get to the arena then. My wife and daughter await.

Alicia smiled as the two got everything they needed and met with the others downstairs until they all went to the car and went to the arena.

*At The Arena*

Cody found the VIP parking spaces when he parked the car and everyone got out before they all got their VIP passes and went inside as Cody held hands with Meghan in one hand and had a bouquet of flowers in his other hand.

Cody: I guess it pays to be a celebrity.

Meghan: Tell me about it. Can't wait to see Taylor and Lili again.

Katie: Never thought we'd get to see them sooner. Taylor's gonna flip when she sees us.

Cody smiled and nodded in agreement before they all arrived to a private room and hung out together for a bit until the start of the show.

Once the show was about to start, Cody, Alicia, Meghan, Katie, Crystal, and Connie all found a spot in the VIP area of the crowd until they took their seats and waited until the lights went out and the curtain went up and the opening song started playing.

Maria Brink sang the first verse and Lzzy Hale sang the second. After the solo of the song, Taylor came out and started singing the third verse when Cody, Alicia, and the other four Cherry Bombs with them cheered and screamed so loud for Taylor. Once the song ended, the second song that started playing was one of Halestorm's songs "Love Bites, But So Do I."

The show was amazing so far as Maria Brink had sang some of her hits from In This Moment, Lzzy Hale sang some of her hits from Halestorm, and Taylor sang some of her hits from Pretty Reckless along with some original songs that they all wrote themselves. Once all three women got a chance to rest their voices, Nita Strauss and Kiki Wong did a segment in the show where they did a dueling guitar solo to one of Nita's songs while Jen Ledger played drums and Wanda Ortiz played bass.

Once the guitar solo finished, Taylor, Maria, and Lzzy all came back out and started singing as a trio to Only Love Can Save Me Now

Once they finished singing, they played a couple more of their songs that they all wrote together and on the last song, the crowd cheered for them.

Maria: Thank you so much Des Moines!

Taylor: We are Women of Mass Destruction and we thank you for an unforgettable evening!

Lzzy: Introducing everyone! Jen Ledger of Skillet on the drums!

Jen waved to the crowd.

Taylor: Alina Jones on keys and disk scratching!

Alina played a beat on her DJ set and waved to the crowd.

Maria: Wanda Ortiz of The Iron Maidens on Bass!

Wanda waved to the crowd.

Lzzy: Kiki Wong of Vigil of War and "Hurricane" Nita Strauss of Alice Cooper on guitars!

Kiki and Nita played small riffs for the crowd.

Taylor: And the voices behind it all...... Maria Brink of In This Moment..... Lzzy Hale of Halestorm..... and...... me.... Taylor Momsen of The Pretty Reckless!

The crowd cheered and applauded for them all until the closing music played and they all thanked the crowd for coming out until the music stopped and all the women on stage took their bows as the crowd cheered including Cody, Alicia, and the other four Cherry Bombs before all the women on stage walked offstage and to their dressing rooms.

Once Cody and the others showed their wristbands to security, they all went to surprise Taylor when they found her dressing room and Cody snuck up on Taylor as she was getting her eye makeup off until Cody began to lightly massage her back.

Taylor: Ohhhhh. That feels good! Whoever this is, you are good.

Cody then gave a cheeky grin to Alicia and the others when they gave a light nod to him and he leaned in closer to Taylor.

Cody: What if I told you that masseuse is your husband?

Taylor was a little confused until she turnt fast and saw Cody's face when her eyes lit up with joy.

Taylor: Cody!!!!!!

Taylor then leaped from her chair and hugged onto him until Cody gave her the flowers and she planted her lips onto Cody's and the two shared a passionate kiss for a few seconds.

Taylor then noticed Alicia, Meghan, Katie, Crystal. and Connie when she hugged them all and they all hugged her back.

Taylor: My god I've missed you guys!

Alicia: So did we favorite daughter in-law!

Suddenly, a caregiver came in with Lili until Lili's eyes lit up when she saw Cody and she smiled widely.

Lili: DADDY!

Lili ran up to Cody when he picked her up and kissed her cheek until she saw Alicia.

Lili: Grammy!

Alicia: Hi Lili honey!

Alicia kissed her cheeks multiple times as did Meghan, Connie, Katie, and Crystal as everyone started talking amongst each other and caught up with one another before heading to the hotel.

*Later*

Alicia decided to give Cody and Taylor some alone time as her, Meghan, Connie, Katie, and Crystal all went downstairs with Lili for some family time while Cody and Taylor started to get a little handsy and clothes started coming off.

Taylor: My god, it's been a while.

Cody: Hell yeah it's been.

Cody and Taylor then aggressively began to makeout until they got more handsy, position after position and moan after moan until Taylor got on her back when Cody began thrusting into her hard and she moaned in pleasure. Taylor then wrapped her legs around Cody's waist so that he couldn't pull out until Cody felt his climax until he released inside of Taylor and she moaned when he did.

Cody: Oh my god!

Taylor: Oh shit! Ohhhh....

Taylor then unwrapped her legs from Cody's waist until he pulled out of her and the two started to cuddle amongst one another when Taylor nuzzled herself into Cody's side.

Taylor: That was amazing. I guess I didn't realize how much I missed you.

Cody: Go again when we pass through Brooklyn together?

Taylor: Obviously. It was a hell of a surprise you and the others came to the show. Where was Kym, Josette, and Latisha though?

Cody: Back in Omaha visiting their families. They have relatives out there.

Taylor: Oh I see. Wish they could've come.

Cody: They're going to on the next round. We'll all be there for your show in Brooklyn because ours is the next night.

Taylor: And where we'll switch off with Lili. She's honestly super excited to go with you and Alicia.

Cody: Cute. Mom and the aunts are all excited to be getting her next. Aunt Connie's been dying to teach Lili some more tricks on the silks.

Taylor: She's gonna be such a little Cherry Bomb when that day comes.

Cody: We're all waiting for that day to come. For now, let's get our clothes back on and wait for Lili, Mom, and the four aunts that came with me.

Taylor: Yeah probably. I just got a text that they're coming back up. Better hurry.

Cody and Taylor kissed before they got up and managed to get all of their clothes back on before they heard the keycard lock beep and in came Lili when she ran up to Cody and Alicia soon came in with the others.

Cody: I can see you had a little quality time with Grammy and the others.

Lili smiled.

Alicia: She had a good time with us. It was fun while it lasted. Can't wait to spend more time with her soon.

Taylor: Where do you guys head to next?

Alicia: We're supposed to stop in Nashville next. You?

Taylor: Ironically Omaha. If I had checked sooner. I would've come to see you all.

Cody: Kym, Josette, and Latisha are all gonna meet us at the hotel tomorrow after we fly in.

Taylor: Wait, then how did you get here by car?

Cody: Rental.

Taylor: Oh. Duh.

Everyone got a bit of a laugh out of it until everyone grew tired and they all soon fell asleep before they all had to travel to their next tour stops in the morning.
