Your favorite High Fantasy villain has been put on trial for his atrocities. How will he defend himself?

In 1000 to 1500 words, write about how your favorite High-Fantasy villain defends his notorious actions.

You can portray either a high Fantasy villain from one of your own stories, use one from another Wattpad book, or you can chose a villain from a published book such as The Lord of The Rings.

You must first introduce the villain's crimes, what deeds he has done which he now needs to defend himself.

Then you lay down his defense. You can include arguments like,

What caused him to turn towards a life of evil?
Why did he choose such morbid ways to achieve his goals?
What were the reasons behind his evil plans?
