Although, if a person joined the contest but he/she doesn't have any published books we would just give him/her a follow and the votes and comments will be given in the future when needed.

Another thing is, if only one person joined he/she will be automatically be placed as 1st and become a member.

So, there will be (2) 1st places.

One in story category and one in poster category.
