Why this cover goes with the song:  This song is very haunting.  To me, it's about trying to protect an innocent, naive person from the darkness inside of you and this cover was meant to convey the turmoil felt by the singer.  You can bottle up everything, but inside, is where your "demons hide" and they can be seen through the pain in your eyes.  The fire is the uncontrollable pain and haunting inside of you that holds your demons.
