Beauty's Confession/Beauty and the Beast

Once in a lifetime

Love come across a soulmate

The Heart whispers

And the soul knows.

I've found mine,

Disguised as a devil,

I must confess,

At first, I was a bit afraid.

I looked up into his eyes,

With fear running through my nerves,

But that compassionate glance,

Twinkled a different story.

Gracefully, he pulled me to dance,

Close to him, I sensed something rare,

A gentleman hidden under the skin of a beast,

Who appeared to be more anxious than me.

I came across many a handsome faces,

But acts of them were those of beasts,

And now I discovered,

Kindness, so beautiful in this beast.

Slowly, we danced...

More to the tune of our hearts than of music,

I witnessed what the world still fails to see,

Beauty really does lies in the eyes of the beholder.

This moment in his arms, I know,

We crossed paths to learn this lesson,

Our destiny was planned,

We met for a wonderful reason called Love.
