The next thing that Avia remembered was waking up in her living room with her parents and Stripe at her side. She had a wet rag on her forehead, and a blanket covering her shoulders down.

"Hey honey, your finally awake," Scott told Avia. "Are you alright?"

"Ya, I'm fine," Avia replied. "What in the world happened?"

"While we were in the hospital room with Stripe, you must have fainted. You collapsed to the ground, and we took you home. You slept until today," Sandra replied.

"When did this happen?" Avia asked.

"This was yesterday," Scott answered.

Lilly ran into the room. When she saw that Avia was awake, she proceeded to lick her face. Avia pushed her off. Then, Stripe walked onto Avia's stomach, and fell asleep. Soon after, Avia drifted off as well.

Avia woke up around noon, and her stomach was killing her. She got up and walked into the kitchen to make herself a sandwitch. Scott was in there, but not Sandra.

"Hey, go lay down again. I can get you something to eat," Scott told Avia. "What do you want?"

"I just want a sandwich," Avia replied.

She well went back and sat on the couch. Stripe was still asleep, but at the end of the couch, on the opposite side. Avia didn't know how he got all the way over there, but she decided not to dwell on it. Moments later, Scott emerged from the kitchen, and walked over to Avia with the sandwich, and some Cool Ranch Doritos, her favorite. Scott left Avia to eat her food. Avia took the top piece of bread off of her sandwich, and set it aside. Then, she arranged the chips inside of the sandwich, the way she liked it.

Avia decided to turn on the television.  She turned right to Disney Channel.  Many of her friends thought that it was for babies, but Avia was sure that once they watched Wander, from Wander Over Yander's goofy personality on screen, their opinion would change.  Reruns of the Wizards of Waverly Place, her favorite old show, was playing.  She was filled with joy when her favorite character, Harper, came on the screen in her latest funky and unique outfit.  Avia took a bite of her sandwich, the crunch of the chips a perfect match to the softness of the meat and the cheese.  Wizards of Waverly Place ended, so Avia turned off the TV.

"Dad," Avia called.

"Ya avia, what do you need?" Scott asked, rushing into the living room.

"I was wondering of you could bring down my laptop so I could work on my homework assignment," Avia replied.

'Sure kiddo, and if you need anything else, just text me," Scott answered.

"Thanks Dad, your the best!" Avia exclaimed.

Once Scott came down with her computer, Avia was on word and typing in less than thirty seconds.  She wanted to get this assignment over with, so that she could be ready to turn it in.  Even though the teachers said that she could no longer turn in her assingments the day that they are assigned, that didn't mean that she couldn't turn it in the day afterwards.  Avia fell asleep while working on the final page of her paper, even though she knew that she would probably wirte two more pages at least.
