"It's been some time..." You spoke as you stared at the Supreme Conqueror after not seeing him for over a hundred and fifty years. "...father." You said as Lord Sesshomaru himself had descended upon these lands once again.

"N-No way...It's really him...!" Lynn was trembling where she stood as Tanjirou's nervous feeling grew even more inside of him.

"What's wrong? Who is that?" Tanjirou asked as Lynn took a step back in fear of being to close to both you and your father.

"E-Even after all the time that has passed...All the time periods Japan has moved passed...He still lives..." Lynn said in disbelief as she trembled for a few moments before getting down on her knees and bowing her head. "L-Lord Sesshomaru!" Lynn said with fear before noticing Tanjirou still stand and reaching up to pull him down to his knees as well. "Kneel! He's Lord Y/N's father and Supreme Ruler of all Demons that have roamed this earth!" She whispered as Tanjirou was wide-eyed from what he just heard and lowered his head when he saw Sesshomaru look his way.

"So you've had these children accompany on your hunt." Sesshomaru said as you looked over to Lynn.

"This girl is the last remaining descendent of Rin." You informed your father of Lynn's bloodline as Sesshomaru turned towards her once he heard the news.

"Is this true, girl?" Sesshomaru asked as she yelped when he spoke to her.

"Y-Yes, my lord...the stories of Lady Rin's travels with you and the promise that we were told would be upheld by Lord Y/N, they were passed down each generation. I hadn't believed them until I met Lord Y/N that night on Mt. Natagumo. Ever since then, I've only wished to stay by his side." Lynn said as he turned towards Tanjirou.

"And the boy, is he too a descendent of her." Sesshomaru asked.

"No, this foolish boy is of no concern or interest to me. Begone." You said to Tanjirou as he grew extremely nervous and couldn't move due to the amount of fear that was filling his soul.

"It's okay, Tanjirou..." Lynn said as he looked at her in confusion as she looked as serious as ever. "...Go back to the Butterfly Mansion. I won't be long." Lynn said as she tried to sound reassuring, but her voice still trembled.

"I-I understand..." Tanjirou said before getting to his feet and bowing his head to you and Sesshomaru. "...E-Excuse me, Lord Y/N! Lord Sesshomaru!" He bowed his head before hurrying away from the field, and running to the Butterfly Mansion to get help.

"That blade at your side." Sesshomaru spoke as you turned back to him, knowing he spoke of the Tokijin. "I remember tossing aside the useless tool. Why use something that was once broken?" He asked as you grabbed the hilt of the blade.

"The blade forged from the demon's fang is long gone and it's demonic power was no longer apparent. However, it served as a fine base to create a newly forged Tokijin using my own fang. With this, you will fall to the blade you discarded and deem worthless." You said while unsheathing the powerful blade from your side.

"You still long for power after all these centuries. Then, let us see just how much you have gained since our last clash. Will your fang be able to handle the strike from my Bakusaiga?" Sesshomaru said while grabbing the hilt of the blade at his side.

"Hmph, I will show you that I've surpassed even your heights of power, father. Then, I shall take my place as the Supreme Conqueror." You said as your father unsheathed the Bakusaiga from his side.

"Stand aside, girl." Sesshomaru warned as Lynn looked over at him with worry. "You do not want to be caught in the middle once it begins." He warned her as Lynn went wide-eyed and turned around before sprinting as fast as she could away from the field as a strong wind blew through the plains.

Meanwhile, back at the Mansion, Tanjirou had run back out of the main entrance and behind him was Shinobu as she was extremely worried. They ran down the dirt path that led to the area where you were all located, but as they did, they felt strange winds begin to blow through the entire region. They stopped in their tracks when they felt the strange winds, and as she looked around, Shinobu saw a bright blue light in the distance. The blue light grew even brighter and Shinobu was shocked when she made out the figure of a dragon made of lightning, but then a bright green light had shined equally as bright and a stream of the green light flew towards the blue dragon. The lights seemed to clash and stir before a huge explosion went off, sending powerful winds in all directions and shaking the earth below them as Tanjirou and Shinobu were knocked off their feet.

"W-What was that explosion?!" Tanjirou said in disbelief of what had just happened.

"What's going on, Tanjirou-kun?" Shinobu asked as she was trying to regain her balance.

"I don't know! We followed Lord Y/N out to the field, and it seems he left to meet with his father, another powerful demon like him! Agh!" Tanjirou yelled as another strong force of wind blew through the area, knocking them off their feet once more.

Shinobu slid across the ground on her feet and shut her eyes from the harshness of the wind, but once she reopened them, the scene in front of her was too insane to be real. You jumped back a few meters away to where you were in clear view of the Butterfly Hashira, and like Tanjirou said, another demon you closely resembled came into view as well, walking out from the smoke that covered the area. She was wide-eyed seeing another demon like you, and felt even more nervous hearing that this was your father, who she presumed was at a superior level than yours. You dashed forward and went with a straight slash towards his chest, but your father merely blocked and parried your attack as another shockwave was unleashed from the clash of your blades. Raising your blade high, you sent down a strike aimed at Sesshomaru's shoulder, but he jumped away as you pierced the earth and caused it to shatter and open up a crevasse before you flew into the air where the two of you hovered and circled, waiting to make the next move.

"Lady Kocho!" Lynn's voice called as Shinobu turned to see the young girl running towards her.

"Are you okay?" Shinobu asked with worry as Lynn stopped next to the Hashira.

"Yes, but we must keep our distance. I think they're about to enter the climax of this duel." Lynn said with worry as they looked back up towards you and your father.

"You're Demonic power has increased tenfold. You're Dragon Strike has matured over these centuries." Your father said as you furrowed your brow at his comments.

"Then, let me show you just how powerful it truly has become." You said as you held your blade out horizontally with your right hand as it was enveloped in lightning blue demonic energy and the energy surrounded the air around you and roared while taking the form of a dragon. "Dragon Strike." You called out the name of the powerful attack as you unleashed a massive wave of demonic energy and it crashed and split the earth below whilst barreling towards Sesshomaru.

"However, you're one hundred years too early if you think you can best me with a Dragon Strike of that level." Sesshomaru said while raising his blade and a green glow emitted from his weapon. "Bakusaiga!" He unleashed the power of his Bakusaiga as a green demonic energy wave flew towards your 

Barreling towards one another with no sign of waning, your Dragon Strike and your father's Bakusaiga clashed and stirred against one another, fighting for dominance. You continued to pour your demonic energy into the blast, but Sesshomaru had enough of this trial, and poured even more strength into his Bakusaiga. In an instance, your Dragon Strike was dispelled and you were forced to flee as the left over demonic energy churned before exploding in the air, causing a huge shockwave to blow through the area. Shinobu and the two young slayers covered themselves for protection, and as they lowered their guards, they gasped when they saw you hovering over their heads. 

"You still have a ways to go, but I can sense the power that flows through you much more than before. Soon, we will have our real battle." Sesshomaru said as he floated out from the smoke in the air and you glared towards him, and Lynn knew that frustrating feeling that must've been filling your heart. "Until then." Sesshomaru said before flying high above the clouds as you watched him leave.

"...One hundred years too early, is it? Ridiculous." You muttered as the scent of your father grew farther and farther away and you looked down at Lynn below before descending down to her.

"Lord Y/N..." Lynn muttered as you descended in front of her.

"Let's go, Lynn." You said while turning away and heading back to the Butterfly Mansion as Shinobu stepped out and raised her voice.

"Wait there!" Shinobu called as you stopped in your tracks and turned your head back slightly. "What was that attack just now? Was that truly your father? Why was he here?" Shinobu asked you.

"I have no need to answer to a foolish human such as yourself. If you think my father would even associate himself with humans like you lot, then you're even more foolish than we realize." You said while looking at Lynn who looked a bit nervous and awkward before turning away and heading back.

"I sincerely apologize for all this, Lady Kocho! I'll participate fully in cleaning this all up!" Lynn said while bowing her head to Shinobu as the Hashira looked at her for a few moments before sighing and patting her shoulder.

"Don't worry. I'm sure this was more than you could have handled on your own. Also, don't worry about that, we will have someone tend to the fields some time later. You just focus on keeping him out of a bad mood." Shinobu said as Lynn raised her head. "You're the only one he shows any care for. I don't want to sound rude or put any pressure on you, but you're the only one who can make sure he at least doesn't cut down anymore of us. We're counting on you as well, Lynn-san." Shinobu said as Lynn nodded before running off and chasing after you. 

"My lord, where are we going?" Lynn asked as she walked beside you.

"I will show you the power of the Tenseiga." You said as she was surprised by this and looked at the sword she held in her hand with wonder of its power.

Walking a small distance into the forest near the Mansion, you and Lynn wandered through the trees and bushes before coming to a small clearing. In the middle of the small patch of open field, there was a a few rabbits roaming about minding themselves and eating whatever they could find in the grass. Lynn smiled at how cute they were, but grew perplexed when you walked towards the rabbits. A few of the animals fled a small distance, but one of them seemed oblivious of your approach as you stood above it and reached down to grab it. The animal flailed a bit from the sudden capture, but settled down a bit as it was confused by what was happening. You turned back and walked over to Lynn before holding out your hand towards her, gesturing to the Tenseiga. Lynn caught on and held it out in front of her as you grabbed the blade by its hilt and raised its sharp edge to the neck of the rabbit, making Lynn go wide-eyed with shock.

"Behold, the power of the Tenseiga." You said as you sliced the neck of the rabbit, and Lynn shut her eyes in that moment, not wanting to see the gruesome act.

Lynn felt her stomach twist from seeing what you had done to an innocent creature like that, but hummed in confusion when she felt a nose and small tongue touch her cheek. Opening her eyes, she turned to see you holding the rabbit in front of her, completely unharmed by the cut you had delivered.

"Huh? But, I thought that..." Lynn was lost for words as you handed her the rabbit and held it close to her as the animal settled in her arms comfortably.

"This blade cannot cut or harm anything of this world. No harm comes to anyone cut by this fang." You said as Lynn stared at the blade in awe, but realized something in seeing that.

"Wait, then what can it cut?" Lynn asked as you saw another rabbit coming closer to you two when it saw Lynn holding one of its own.

"This blade can do one thing..." You said as the claws on your right hand glowed bright green before you unleashed a small whip and cut down and killed the rabbit on the ground, shocking Lynn. "...This is a blade of healing, allowing the wielder to heal the most fatal of wounds, but mainly..." You said as the Tenseiga pulsed in your grasp as you raised it up and you were able to see the spirits that lingered around the rabbits body, trying to take its soul.

In one swing, you slashed over the body of the dead rabbit and cut the spirits in half, making them disappear into nothingness. After your vision returned to normal and you sheathed the Tenseiga once more, Lynn watched closely in confusion of what just happened. In a few moments, she gasped in shock when she saw the rabbit that was once dead, twitch its ear before standing back up on its feet as if nothing had happened. Lynn couldn't comprehend the awesome power she had just witnessed as the rabbit in her hands jumped down and joined its friend below before the two animals hopped away.

"The Tenseiga allows one to bring the dead back to life once only. That is the power of the Tenseiga." You said before turning towards Lynn and handing it over to her.

"W-Wait! T-This sword is too great for someone like me to wield. It would be much better if it remained in your hands, my lord!" Lynn said, completely nervous of being offered the power to bring the dead back to life.

"I have no need for it. I do no plan on going to any humans or animals and using it on them when there is no benefit for me. It's a useless blade that I don't need by my side. Besides..." You said while placing it into her hands as she stared at it with awe. "...This blade requires its wielder to have compassion. I have no needs or intentions of having such emotions." You told her before turning and walking back towards the tree line. "Let's go." You said as Lynn stared at the blade down in her hand in awe. 

"Y-Yes!" Lynn said while chasing after you and you both returned back to the Butterfly Mansion.

Afterward, Lynn returned back to the inside of the manor to clean up and get some rest. While walking through the hallways, she bumped into Tanjirou who seemed to be having a conversation with Sumi, Kiyo, and Naho.

"Ah, hello." Lynn greeted them as their attentions turned towards her as she stopped next to Tanjirou. "What are you guys talking about?" Lynn asked.

"We were just telling Tanjirou-san about using Total Concentration Breathing, Constant." Sumi said as Lynn was surprised by this new piece of information.

"Huh? Total Concentration Breathing, Constant? This is the first I've heard of it. Can you really do such breathing all the time?" Lynn asked as Kiyo nodded.

"Lady Kanao has already mastered it along with the other Hashira. You should also learn how to master that, as well, Lynn-san." Kiyo said as the two were now nervous of the coming training they had to face.

"Do your best!" The three young girls cheered them on as they were off to begin their dreadful training. 

Sitting under the same tree you found somewhat decent to rest under, you were lost in thought staring up at the clouds above before the sound of a door sliding open snapped you out from your peace. Walking out to the perch of the building you rested near, you saw Lynn and Tanjirou walk out and take on strange stances before hearing the begin to change their breathing style. You watched as their breathing continued on for a few more moments, before suddenly Tanjirou collapsed from the strain it was putting on his body.

"T-Tanjirou-san! Ngh!" Lynn went to help him, but clutched her chest feeling the strain of trying to maintain Total Concentration Breathing while still a bit injured. "T-This is hard! My lungs and ears hurt...!" Lynn said while Tanjirou tried pushing himself back to his feet before he suddenly yelled while covering his ears.

"Ahhhh!!" Tanjirou gasped in shock before looking at his palms to see if there was any blood, as he felt his ears pop almost like they had exploded. "That scared the heck out of me! For a second, I thought my heart had burst through my ears!" Tanjirou quivered in fear before growing a frustrated look and clutching his fists. "When you're in trouble, go back to basics! You spineless fool!" He scolded himself as Lynn looked completely dejected about trying the technique once again.

"Tanjirou-san! Lynn-san!" Sumi's voice called as the two young slayers turned to see the three young girls walking towards them, Kiyo carrying a plate of onigiri, Sumi carrying a pot of tea and two cups, and Naho carrying two gourds.

"What brings you here?" Lynn asked as they took a seat on the perch of the building and set down the snacks and gourds.

"We brought something that we thought would help you with your training." Naho said while pushing forward the gourds while they stared at them in confusion. "Blowing into these gourds will surely help you train your breathing." She said as Tanjirou raised a brow while Lynn peacefully munched on some onigiri while patting Kiyo on the head.

"Blow into these gourds?" Tanjirou said in confusion.

"That's right. Whenever she trained Lady Kanao, Lady Shinobu often had her blow into gourds." Kiyo confirmed as Tanjirou and Lynn were surprised by this information.

"Oh, really?" Tanjirou said while taking a bite from his onigiri. "That's a neat training technique, huh? So, you make some kind of sound?" Tanjirou assumed as Kiyo held her innocent face along with her accomplices.

"Oh no. She blew into it to make the gourd explode." Kiyo answered innocently.

"Oh, really?" Tanjirou said with an innocent look before a few moments later realizing what he had just heard and growing a shocked look. "Explode?" He said trying to confirm if what he heard was correct as he looked down at the gourds. "What? You mean this?" Tanjirou was in shock as he tapped the gourd to confirm how hard it was. "Something this hard?" He asked to make sure.

"Yes. Not to mention, this is a special kind of gourd, so it's harder than normal ones." Kiyo said as Tanjirou was jaw-dropped.

"A girl that petite was able to do that to something that hard?!" Tanjirou was in utter disbelief as Lynn grinded her teeth against each other in frustration.

"Again, that girl is outstanding, huh!? Dammit...!" Lynn thought as she felt her inner rivalry begin to burn brightly.

"The gourds get bigger and bigger as you progress. The one that Lady Kanao can explode right now..." Kiyo trailed off as she and her friends rushed off inside for a moment before dragging out something Lynn and Tanjirou weren't ready to see. "...is this gourd." She said so innocently while presenting to them a gourd that was almost the size of the three girls themselves as the two Demon Slayers were jaw-dropped.

"GIGANTIC!!! I'LL GIVE IT MY ALL!!!" The two of them both yelled in shock before beginning their training and blowing into the smallest gourds first.

"...So noisy." You muttered as you stood up and walked away to find a much more quiet spot, leaving the two of them to blow their lungs out in order to strengthen their lungs and become stronger than before.
