Jizzie: A Christmas Walk
Lizzie's Perspective-
December of 10th Grade-
"Woah." Jimmy stopped and stared at one of the stands that was selling plushies made with alpaca fur.
Lizzie grabbed her brother's arm and moved him out of the way of people.
"Hey!" He shouted at her in protest.
She rolled her eyes, "Look, I don't want to lose my brother in the sea of people."
"Just don't tug so hard. Jesus." Jimmy rolled his shoulder.
They passed by a girl who was playing the violin.
They both stopped at listened as she played 'Carol of The Bells'.
Lizzie grabbed a dollar bill and put it in the girl's case.
The siblings walked away and then they came across a bunch of boats that were for sale.
"I don't understand why they sell these." Lizzie said looking at them.
Jimmy then gasped, "You can go on it?!"
He grabbed his sister's arm, and they walked on the boat.
"Are you two interested in buying this boat?"
The siblings turned around and saw a man who was also on the boat.
"Hi, I'm Richard. Richard Beans, owner of the boat." The man said, shaking hands with both Lizzie and Jimmy.
I feel like I recognize that name Beans...
"My little brother here just wanted to get on it." Lizzie apologized, "We didn't want to buy it."
"LITTLE?!" Jimmy protested, "We're literally born in the same year."
Lizzie laughed.
Richard looked confused, "Are you two siblings or twins?"
"We're Irish twins. It's siblings that are born in the same year." Lizzie explained.
"Dad, did you sell the boat yet?"
They all looked at who else was boarding the boat.
Lizzie looked disgusted.
It was none other than Joel.
Of course. Joel's last name is Beans. Duh.
Joel was a cocky, egotistical, idiot 10th grader. He only really ever seemed to care about himself.
He always flirted with Lizzie, in hopes for her to go out with him, but she can't stand him.
Joel's face brightened as he saw Lizzie.
"Hey Liz!" He said cheerfully.
"Oh, do you guys know each other?" Richard asked.
Joel nodded and Jimmy said, "Yep!"
"Sadly." Lizzie mumbled under her breath so only her brother heard her.
"Well, do you guys want to walk around the shops? I got it from here, Joel." Richard said.
Joel shrugged, "Sure. Thanks dad."
"Course!"
They all left, and Lizzie walked in silence with her brother who was talking cheerfully to Joel.
She never really understood how Jimmy could be friends with him.
He only ever cares about his image. He doesn't care about anyone, just himself.
And that's what she thought. She didn't bother finding out anything else. She's way too stubborn to do that.
They passed by a shop that sells hair dye and Lizzie tugged on Jimmy's arm.
"What?" He asked, stopping his conversation with Joel.
"Well, if you stopped talking about sports and stuff you would've seen that we just past a hair dye shop and I need more." She said.
"For one thing, we weren't talking about sports." Jimmy said as they walked into the shop, "And two- "
Lizzie raised her eyebrows in a threatening way and Jimmy shut up.
"That's what I thought." She said, picking up some pink dye.
"No..." She mumbled, putting it back down.
"Here Liz, I think it's this one." Jimmy said.
Lizzie shook her head, "It's a lighter shade- "
"It's this one." Joel handed her some pink dye.
Lizzie looked at it and she was shocked.
This is the exact shade.
"Er- that- how did you..." She cleared her throat, "Thanks."
Joel smiled, "Course! Now will you go out with me?"
"Never." She said, shutting down the idea before it could spark.
So this mini story is like 6 chapters written by Seth from a year ago so it's gonna be bad and it's gonna have an absurd amount of cursing
Don't ask why it has so much cursing, because I honestly don't know
