There is a storm in my mind
It chain me and tangle my thoughts

How am I suppose to get away from this?

In the midst of the storm

My mind is calm as soon as this verse appears.
'Do not be anxious about tomorrow, for  tomorrow will be anxious for  itself. Sufficient for the day is it's own trouble'
