Gage woke up awhile later not sure how much time had passed but was relieved to see Shayna who appeared fine other than being a little shaken from their current situation and seemed more worried about him.

"Are you both ok?" Asked Knock Out who had his body still positioned over the two humans.

"Yeah I'm fine and Gage is awake now." Shayna replied. "He got hit by a small piece of ruble that he pushed me out of the way of."

"I'm so sorry I failed to stop that one." Knock Out apologized.

"It's ok I'm fine." Gage assured both of them seeing the only real injury he had was a small bruise from when he had been knocked out and spotted the small stone from the ceiling that had hit him.

"And thanks for pushing me out of the way." Shayna thanked him.

"Anytime." He replied.

"Glad you're both ok." Knock Out said relieved.

"What about you?" Asked Gage seeing the awkward way the Aston Martin was positioned over them and both humans noticed Knock Out kept letting out grunts of pain that he was trying to fight back not wanting to scare them.

"Is there a way out for you two?" The red medic asked them.

"Yeah I see a hole in part of the wall going outside." Gage said noticing a hole just big enough for him and Shayna to fit through.

"Good you two get to safety." Knock Out told them.

"But what about you?" Asked Shayna worried about her guardian.

"I'll be fine I think after you two get to safety I can roll out form under this, I won't risk it until your both safe though." He replied. "You guys get help while I try to find the others and then our own way out."

The two humans obeyed and went out through the hole in the wall that lead them outside the base and on the way out Gage noticed Knock Out was holding up part of the ceiling with his back and hoped the red spots car would be ok as well as the others.

As soon as both humans were out of the base Knock Out attempted to quickly roll out from under the ceiling that was about to collapse hoping not to be crushed under it.

"Good thing I'm from Velocitron but I still don't know if I can move fast enough, Well here goes nothing!" Knock Out told himself as he tried to get out from under the rubble that was against his back.

For the most part he managed to avoid being crushed but didn't get out unscratched because a beam from the roof ended up stabbing through his servo forcing him to cry out in pain.

Knock Out looked at his injured servo to see the beam was sticking all the way through it and had to bite back another scream as he yanked it out and could feel something wet coming from his back and realized he was leaking energon and was in so much pain that he needed to rest a minute before attempting to find the others.

Meanwhile Megatron regained consciousness and realized he was buried under the remains of the base that had been blown up and dig himself out from under part of the roof that had caved in but saw that he was still buried because a wall of rock was blocking the hallway.

This was bringing back bad memories from his days as a minor, Back then he had been in his share of cave ins.

Then he heard a low moan and rushed to where it was coming from and found Starscream half buried under a pile of ruble.

"Starscream!" Megatron said concerned about the seeker.

"Oh.. scrap what did I do this time?" Starscream groaned weakly.

"Nothing just making sure you were alive." Megatron answered feeling relieved. "Now I'm going to get you out of there."

Then Megatron started attempting to dig his former second in command out from under the collapsed ceiling but stopped when the seeker let out a cry of agony and saw that by trying to dig him out he had accidentally caused a sharp piece of ruble to push into Starscream's midsection.

"I'm sorry it seems I always manage to hurt you somehow." Megatron apologized to the former Decepticon Air Commander and stopped trying to dig him out afraid of adding to his injuries. "I'm so sorry about everything."

"It's ok it was an accident and we already put everything else behind us." Starscream assured his former master. "Right now you need to focus on trying to find a way out of this?"

"I think you might be able to use your fusion cannon to blast your way to the main room and find the others.." Starscream trailed off.

"No that would bring the ceiling down in here and I'm not leaving you in this condition." Megatron told him realizing if he did that it would bury Starscream and the seeker was suggesting he abandoned him there.

"I'll figure out a way to get us both out and save the other." The former gladiator promised.

"I think it's obvious I won't make it..." The seeker trailed off again.

"Starscream!" Megatron shouted the seeker's name seeing that he was on the verge of passing out and if he fell into stasis right now he might not come back out of it.

"You have to stay alert, I don't intend to leave any of my team behind and that includes you." Megatron continued.

"Ok I'll try.." Starscream responded and Megatron noticed the seeker's optics were dim and there was a dent on the side of his helm.

"Can you focus?" Megatron asked him seeing how out of it Starscream was acting and sounding.

"Everything looks black and fuzzy." Starscream answered him.

"Sounds like you have a bad helm injury, Knock Out's been teaching me some of his medical skills so I'll see if I can fix it." Megatron offered.

"Ok I'll try to keep still." The seeker replied.

Then Megatron gently examined Starscream's head and reattached some wires that had been knocked loose.

"How's that is it any better?" Megatron asked.

"Yes I can see again." Starscream told him as his vision began to clear.

And Megatron was relieved to see that Starscream's optics were back to normal and he seemed more alert now, But the former gladiator could tell the seeker was still badly injured and very weak.

If anything he had only managed to buy him more time, Megatron knew he had to figure out a way to get help because Starscream needed medical attention if he was going to survive, And there was no telling what shape the others were in.

Megatron continued to set with and talk to Starscream to try to get his mind off their current situation trying desperately to keep the seeker alive until someone could find them or he could think of a way to get them out of this.

Then Megatron went to see if he could find another way out or a com-link signal to try to get help after Starscream assured him he would be ok until he came back.

Meanwhile Knock Out who had only meant to rest for a second but passed out from the amount of energon he lost and the pain he had been in woke up when he felt something messing with his back and realized he was facing the ground.

The red medic flinched at first but relaxed when he saw a tentacle he recognized.

"Soundwave what are you doing?" Knock Out asked the slender mech.

"You fixed us all so many times during the war it's my turn to fix you now." Soundwave replied as he finished fixing the damage to Knock Out's back.

"Thank you." Knock Out said to him feeling touched.

"Anytime." Soundwave responded as he helped the red mech stand and they looked for a way out.

Then they came to a hole in the wall where they were both relieved to be greeted by Shayna and Gage and then a space bridge portal opened and Smokescreen and Windblade who had been called by Agent Fowler to help after Gage and Shayna called him arrived.

"We leave you guys for five minutes." Smokescreen said looking at the base.

"We still need to find Megatron and Starscream." Knock Out pointed out.

Then he, Soundwave and Smokescreen went back in to look for them while Windblade stayed with the two humans.

Meanwhile Megatron had been unable to find a way out that wouldn't bring the ceiling down on top of him, Starscream or both of them or a com-link signal to call for help so was on his way back to rejoin the seeker.

But was greeted with an open ground bridge portal and to his horror the sight of the DJD leader Tarn kneeling next to where Starscream was trapped with one of his servos around the downed seeker's neck in a way to prevent him from speaking.

"Hello Megatron." Tarn greeted the former leader of the Decepticons.

"Get away from him!" Megatron hissed bringing out his fusion cannon wanting to protect Starscream.

"Careful a fight in here might bring the roof down on all of us." Tarn said in a mocking tone and your aware of my ability if I wanted to kill the seeker all I'd have to do is whisper in his ear."

"Then what do you want?" Megatron half growled.

"Just you to come with me through this ground bridge so we may take justice for the Decepticon cause." Tarn replied.

"The Decepticon cause is over there is no such thing as peace through tyranny." Megatron tried to reason with Tarn. "I made you and the other DJD members what you are and I'm sorry for that please end this don't hurt anyone else."

"Let's try this again go through the space bridge or this seeker dies." Tarn said as he tightened his grip on Starscream's neckcables.

"Ok I'll go with you." Megatron agreed not wanting to risk the life of his former second in command.

Then Tesarus came through the ground bridge and put stasis cuffs on Megatron before leading him to it.

"And one more thing." Tarn said before suddenly slamming Starscream's helm hard against the floor rendering him unconscious and causing Megatron to lash out before being pushed through the ground bridge and on to the DJD's ship the Peaceful Tyranny, Or at least Megatron hope that the seeker was only unconscious.

"Now set a course for Cybertron." Tarn told his men. "But first fire on the remains of that base."

"No!" Megatron shouted realizing Tarn had gone back on his word to spare Starscream and that firing on the base would kill the rest of his team. "I came with you your supposed to spare my team!"

"I said for you to come with me or I would kill Starscream I never said I wouldn't after you came with us I'm kind of disappointed as the former leader of the Decepticons you should know how deception works."

"Take him to his cell." Tarn then ordered Tesarus.

A few minutes after the DJD had left with Megatron Knock Out, Soundwave and Smokescreen phased through the wall using Smokescreen's phase shifter and found Starscream.

"He's badly injured but alive." Knock Out confirmed as Smokescreen used his phase shifter to gently get Starscream out form under the rubble and then half dragged half carried him through a ground bridge Soundwave opened that went a few feet from where the base was.

Knock Out and Soundwave were looking around for Megatron when the DJD fired on the base and all the two former Decepticons knew was a sudden boom and before he could even register what was going on Knock Out suddenly had Lazerbeak pushed into his arms before Soundwave shoved him through the ground bridge as he saw flames and ruble fall on top of the slender mech before the portal closed.

And everyone could only watch helplessly as the base was completely destroyed and Soundwave with it.
